Alright, while waiting for more news whether SS501 will be landing in Shengen today or tomorrow [hope you read the post on the sidebar] thought of making a guessing game to kill the time.

I'm bored pretty bored so I thought of checking again some of the old photos that I have collected through out the years of being a fan. Look what I saw. ^_^ Nice, yah?

There are two more members of SS501 whose mannerism is also pouting [but the other one has 2 more] . But I think they do it less that the King of Pout. ^_^ Do you have any idea who they are?

Second of Jung Min is Kyu Jong. I'm pretty sure you've also seen him do his own share of pouting on some of the tv shows they're in.








After Kyu Jong, I think the third is Young Saeng.






What about Maknae? Hmm, yeah he pouts but i think it's not his mannerism. What Maknae does most of the time is crease his nose like this.

I found this article translated by xiaochu on Quainte501. Quite interesting to read names of Korean artists born in the Year of the Tiger especially the name of one of our favorite SS501 member, Kim Hyun Joong. But hey remember, it's NOT ONLY Hyun Joong who was born in the Year of the Tiger amongst members of SS501, Heo Young Saeng was also born on this year.

The most promising star is SS501’s Kim HyunJoong.

Alright, I just happen to read something about Chinese New Year - 2010 Year of the Metal Tiger. I'll be sharing them with you and hope it won't bore you reading it.

According to what I read, people Born in the Year of the Tiger are very lucky and very courageous. Tiger people are dynamic, attractive, lively, social, enthusiastic, intelligent, alert and optimist [Hmm, could our Hyun Joong and Young Saeng have all of these characteristics?]

The tiger is very competitive with a wonderful fighting spirit. They are natural leaders with great strategy techniques. They can also be stubborn and impatient. They are also difficult to resist [501% agree!], for they have are magnetic characters and their natural air of authority confers a certain prestige on them. They are tempestuous yet calm, warm-hearted yet fearsome, courageous in the face of danger yet yielding and soft in mysterious, unexpected places. [I belive both are competitive. Both have been the leader of the group and yeah have different style when it comes to leadership. Hyun Joong is stubborn, we've been a witness of that. As for Young Saeng, as a scorpion myself, hmm... i've to think about it ^_^ because i'm not stubborn but yeah it could depend on what year you're born].

Do you remember that during the show, he was already sick yet he was able to perform to delight of his fans and look very very gorgeous? In this show, he even surprised us for the very first time with his song 'Please Be Nice To Me'.

SS501 wearing BANC

Remember I posted last week HERE Maknae wearing BANC hooded sweater and a tee? Few more photos of SS501 wearing BANC are posted on SS601.com by 내남자♡.

Like I wrote earlier, BANC [Block and Character] has many nice designs. I bought four tees when I was in Seoul last October as gifts and I find them not too expensive. The next time I go to Seoul, I'll definitely buy one hooded jacket. ^_^

DJ Joon & Danny on Dong Go Dong Rak

On Christmas Day Maknae together with Danny Ahn of G.O.D. were the guests of Song EunEe & Shin BongSun on their SBS radio show Dong Go Dong Rak.

Since Maknae also is also hosting a radio show on SBS I guess the two DJ prepared a banner for Maknae with 'Music High DJ Joon' written on it.

Btw though still thin, I kinda like Maknae's puffier cheeks now. I guess with only Music High now [he used to have so many on his plate, like Green Gold and God of Cookery] he now has more time to sleep and eat good food.

Family Outing BTS Clip Brief Summary

KHJ greets the fans of F-O and says that he had a great time filming for the FO. Although it was for one day, it was like spending a day with a family on national holiday--they played games and everybody took care of him well . He addresses Seung Ri who also guested on that same FO show. KHJ says that he thought KHJB of SS501 is the youngest and most ambitious but found out that Seung Ri who is the youngest of Big Bang is also very ambitious and wishes all the best to Seung Ri in conquering the variety shows.

@0.51 Lee Hyori states that Seungri really envies the people that Daesung hangs out with (I guess because Dae Sung is a regular in FO and supposedly really good in many variety shows.) She also asks Seungri with whom he would like to become very close friend. Seungri immediately gets up and embraces the main host of FO, Yoo Jae Suk, who also hugs him back. Hyori and the man sitting next to Hyori talks about how Seungri really seems to like JaeSuk. Hyori asks why Seungri likes him so much and Seungri says he just likes him a lot. (Sorry but I do not really understand 1:13 ~ 1:23 about Yoo stepping on someone to get to where he is--just don't get the joke.)

@1:25 Seungri says to MCYoo that FO's PD told him that the popularity of DaeSung and Seungri by the FO audience is no joke and that Seungri's popularity is higher than DaeSung. So the PD is stressing over who to choose between Daesung and Seungri for the show. So, Seungri is asking MCYoo for his choice. MCYoo is saying that such decision is upto the PD and Seungri insists that Yoo make a choice. Yoo asks Seungri if he really wants to know? and Yoo says DaeSung. Seungri waves his hand and says this is all a conspiracy and that something went wrong. The answer was not suppose to be that.,,,

@2:04 MCYoo addresses KHJ that he heard that KHJ used to fight a lot during high school. KHJ says that is not true, it is a misunderstnading--he had to go to high school one more year more than others. (KHJ said one sentence after that but I could not decipher--sorry.) MC Yoo asks about Seungri's student days and Seungri appears to be crying and, on the screen, is a phrase that he feels like crying just thinking about it. (I guess he does not miss his high school years that much.)

@2:30 On the screen is a sentence that, 'due to these two idols, they had a fun morning.' and again on the screen is a sentence, 'that is not the end of the story of idols.'

@2:40 Everybody is suppose to be sleeping and Lee Hyori addresses Seungri, 'did any female idol ever ask you for a date?' Seungri seems to be fumbling for what to say.(hmmm Then he says, ',,,other members,,,,no, nobody asked me.')

Then, Hyori addresses KHJ saying, 'I think HyunJoong probably was asked a lot.' To which KHJ says, 'Since the drama exploded, he has not been able to go to broadcasting studios...' On the screen is: 'unlike his appearance, his way of talking is coarse/rough.' Everybody laughs and you can see KHJ laughing because his stomach is moving up and down. MCYoo comments that KHJ is truly a charming person.

Hyori asks MCYoo if he knows that HyunJoong's ideal female type is her? We suddenly hear MCYoo snoring loudly. Hyori asks KHJ if he remembers their duet song and he says yes and they start singing together. On the screen are these words: They start out carefully...the others are getting agitated,,,are they really singing the same song?,,,total misharmony...even so, supposedly they sang all night long,,,

[pix & vids] quick news on kim hyun joong

As most of you already know Hyun Joong is back from his trip to Japan on the same day he left. I was getting inquiries about his return but didn't reply intentionally since I want to have more info before I make a post.

As for their China trip SS501 didn't leave Seoul yet . Anyway, the schedule in China is on the 30th of December. I'll delete the schedule on my calendar so as not to create confusion. The China show is for a year end countdown. The earlier report said that they will be leaving 27th and back on the 2nd of January. It didn't happen so the report is probably not true.

Anyway, in Japan a friend shared with me these information.

The competition to attend the recording of the show was high. The ratio is 100:1. That's the ratio of fans who would want to see Hyun Joong in the show that Fuji will be airing on Jan 5.

Hyun Joong cooked Samgyetang [ginseng chicken soup] and Tteokbokki. He wore skull apron. After cooking Hyun Joong gave Tteokbokki to Haruna Ai with his hand. And what did Haruna Ai did? Ai sucked Hyun Joong's finger! Of course he was surprised.

For those who aren't aware who Ai is. He is a transgender TV star and showed interest in him on a TV show where Hyunjoong and other BOF members of the cast appeared before. You still remember that? Click HERE.

The show was recorded for one hour and a half.

P.S. Did you know that Hyun Joong appeared briefly in 'Family Outing' last tonight?

There's a short clip khj0606 but the url is locked that is why I can't share the video. It's a 3:42 minutes clip of him being interviewed during a break for a photo shoot for Basic House where in he'll be modeling with Yoon Eun Hye and when he appeared with Seungri on the show.

At the end of the video Leader was singing with Hyori. ^_^ I was told it was a song they sang before. Not sure where so please don't ask me. ^^
