I wish him success in his business. But why do I feel worry for Jung Min? I feel that he expands too much too soon. He might loose focus. I am a little confused on his business concept. At first it was an online store to sell clothes, then it becomes an actual store that also a cafe?
He should try to expand within Korea first before he goes international - Singapore, China Taiwan. He need to be able to find someone he could trust to help him manage the stores in those countries and they should be locals who understand the language and the culture.
Brand name takes years to establish. His Royal Ave right now, less than a year old, is selling the clothes based on his fame and his friends' fame. How is he going to compete with local stores in those countries. He is popular and has lots of fans. But how many non-fans customers is he getting in comparison to fan-customers? He cannot rely on fangirls as his customer base. Even if there are a lot of fans, we all know most fangirls are fleeting. (I hope I'm wronged) He need to establish a solid customer base for his business to keep going. At this early stage of his business, he should expand because he needs to, and not because he wants to.
I hope I'm just being overly concern. Wishing the best for his Royal Avenue.
