Kang Jun Sang

i'm not sure if i posted this before, but before i fell in love with bae yong joon, i first came to love kang jun sang.

when winter sonata was shown in our country 3 years ago. i didn't know who bae yong joon then. i just watched the series because i was drawn to the handsome actor, theme song, and the story of winter love song. i didn't even have any idea how the series will end up. i didn't even tried going to the net and search until i was in the middle of the series and really got zapped by bae yong joon.

ok, kang jun sang...

i love everything about kang jun sang. his coolness, the sweet smile, the gaze that can melt, his velvety voice, the way he lights and puffs his cigar, his snobbish look, his tenderness, his playfulness, even his coldness.

the tall, lithe school teenager with an arresting attractiveness unexpectedly ingnited a raging fire that i'm powerless to control ^ ^ armed with backpack and wearing a school uniform, he cut a striking figure. at the bus ride going to his school, jun sang held me spellbound. like a teenager i can feel my face blushing like seeing my crush after school vacation.

i never dared imagine that the bus scene would head me straight to bae-ziness.

but jun sang has to "die". when he "died" i cried pails of tears. it was as if my first love left me as well. i can feel the pain of yujin.


but jun sang didn't die and we all know that he became lee mhin hyung. well, lee mhin hyung is another story and he's my other love.

it's funny how until now i want to see the story of jun sang or shall i say i want him to have lived longer in winter sonata. but winter love song would not have been a beautiful story if jun sang had lived longer, right?

quick update on quilt...[ops it's UP!]

i just came there and to my surprised the image of byj's quilt freeboard is back though it is still down. but seeing the face of the freeboard once again instead of "url cannot be found" is much better.


hopefully that when yong joon starts shooting on july 20, quilt will be up once again. i hope that all of the newbies will be dropping by quilt. it's a very nice place to hang out especially if you are an english speaking member of the "family".

dilemma

i'm in dilemma and frances is not around to answer. should we start making a thread for "Great King Four Gods" at soompi now or later?

last night someone posted in soompi that we should have a separate thread for "Great King Four Gods". actually, frances and i thought about this in february. but we said that it's too early to make one.

at soompi, we have "April Snow Thread", "Winter Sonata Thread", and "Hotelier Thread". and most dramas and movies of other k-stars have their own thread.

as for materials to be posted, i believe that there won't be any problem. and i'm quite sure too that when gkfg is already on air, episodes will be uploaded in clubboxes and ready for download (if we are lucky, translation will likewise be available).

maintenance of the thread. i believe that it won't be a problem since whatever frances and i post in "BYJ Thread" about the drama, with the help of other baesisters will be posted in gkfg. with yong joon soon to start shooting, i'm pretty sure that news and updates will come more frequently.

honesty, i'd like "gkfg" to have a thread of its own in soompi. do you think that it's too early considering the showing might be mid 2007? but for information purposes, don't you think that it's only appropriate?

hi there 3pikake! glad that you like what i've compiled. there are actually more to know about yong joon, i'll try to come up with part 2 sometime.

uhm, tough question you have there. as far as i know,about actresses he was linked with, there had been no serious relationship with any. if i'm not mistaken the only relationship that he admitted and announced was back in 2003 [am i correct baesisters?]. he even wrote at his website about this. [i'm really missing Quilt, i could actually get that message and post here]

when byj and song seung heun together with so ji sub went to the wedding of shs's manager, many were surprised to know that byj and ssh are friends. many didn't know it that back in 2002(?) both belonged to the same management company together with song hye kyo.

hee, what's the point of me bringing this up. i was in joon's family looking for anything new when i came across this post from rootbeerfloat posted in photos and video section today. she posted a youtube link of byj together with shk attending the premiere of "make it big". it's my first time seeing it honestly, the only time i saw them together before was when ssh attended the 2004 premiere of "untold scandal". anyway, here's the video ~

like i've posted earlier, there are a lot of newbies in byj's kob from the US. today, a new member from kob wrote that she wrote to the webmaster to ask if yong joon visits the site. the webmaster replied to her that yong joon does "visit the website from time to time". since then, i noticed that there are fans encouraging yong joon to post.

hee, i wonder what he is thinking reading all the messages? will he be soon posting in kob? let's wait. the thought of it gives me a big smile.

would very much love to read from yong joon. it's been really a long time now that he last posted his message to the fans.
