[Notice from KeyEast] About Official Fan Club Henecia

Prior to today this so called 'official' fan club has been the target of attacks from concerned fans since last February.  Today concerned fans are on the roll once again because of this so called FC. In which, Key East I believe is  bothered by the news about this so called 'official' fan club because there is NO such 'official' fan clubs that KE recognizes other than 2011 Henecia and Henecia Japan.

With this, KeyEast issued a notice yesterday to reiterate that the ONLY official fanclubs of Kim Hyun Joong are 2011 Henecia AND Henecia Japan. Other than these two there is NONE (for no/none in many languages you may click HERE ^_^).

Undisclosed pictures of SS501’s leader Kim Hyun Joong at the ‘Guangzhou Asian Games’ were recently revealed though the singer’s agency on November 22nd.

The simple yet elegant pictures show the singer having an interview with CCTV, listening to his MP3 to practice his singing, as well as sitting down quietly as he surfs the net.

The fans have complimented the picture by saying it looks like a professional photo shoot, leaving comments such as, “The man went to flaunt his superior genetics to the continent.”

I have mentioned earlier that this is not the first time the when all artist of KE joined together for an ecological project. Last year they did one for Cosmopolitan and the magazine was sold out. This year, KE decided to come up with a calendar and as news articles reported when the calendar was out run out of stock immediately.

2011 Keyeast Eco Calendar was sold out on-line shopping sites in Korean and Japan in one day..

The Eco Calendar that was produced by the Keyeast artists and Korean committee of UNEP sold out quickly right after the sales started through the domestic and foreign websites.

The Eco Calendar was made by the environmental production process with 100% environmental papers and vegetable soybean oil ink. It also functions as the eco diary, not only as a calendar.

This diary is the second environmental campaign of Keyeast since they donated their entire profits from the environmental photos last May. They also plan to donate their entire profits to the Global Environmental Program (GEP) of the Korean Committee of the United Environmental Plan (UNEP).

Keyeast said, “We were surprised of the speed of the sales, which was much quicker than what we had expected.”, and “We appreciate that many people showed their interests in the environmental issues and participated in it actively. We decided to produce additional calendars due to the high volume of demands both domestically and internationally.”

2011 Eco Calendar can be downloaded through the Korean and English version of the smart phone application domestically and worldwide, in October.

This is not the first time that KeyEast artists participated in an environmental cause. I remember that in May 2009 issue of Cosmopolitan 'Cosmo Campaign Kick the Habit' all artists of KeyEast also participated to shot environmental pictorials that stretch no less than 22 pages along with 14 actors from BYJ's agency. (Seoul=Yonhap News) Reporter Kim Byung Gyu = Top stars including Bae Yong Joon, Lee Na Young, and Kim Hyun Joong got together to produce the calendar for the environment.

Keyeast’s actors donated the profits from the shooting of the environmental photo book for the magazine last May to environmental groups.

The calendar will be released by the on-off line store of Korea Ten by Ten (www.10x10.co.kr) and Japan Bofi site (www.bofi.jp) at the same time. It will also be introduced through a Smart-phone application in the middle of October.

Yang Geun Hwan, the representative of Keyeast said, “All of the actors became the Eco – supporters this year like last year.”, and “The calendar contains the honest stories from the actors regarding the environment with smiles.”

This is my first time leaving an entry here ever since Kim Hyunjoong-gun's opening of homepage.
Right after Hyunjoong-gun was reported to have signed on with a new agency, he was immediately decided for participation in a drama, and it seems like he is really running with no proper state of mind. Of course, thanks to the support from everybody who visits here has turned into strength for me and for the agency. I thank you genuinely.

For now, Hyunjoong-gun is fully focusing on shooting for drama with almost no single day of rest. But thanks to the unchanging love and concern from everyone, we gathered strength and is able to dwelve into shooting. Though it is a little sad with the ratings, Hyunjoong-gun will work hard to create a meaningful work as an always improving actor and that, we ask for all of you guys' support right until the final episode.

Again thanks to suehan for sharing this translation on her blog. I mentioned this before, I'll miss the old office in Geumha Building just like i miss the very first one. It has a really nice view and we just discovered that it's very very near Royal Avenue.

Anyway, since it was already mentioned in the article that the office is near residential area, it's actually near the residence of BYJ and KHJ. Hee, but of course their residence is not a tourist destination. ^_^ Btw, I wonder how strict the security is in the new office.

Recently, Keyeast, of which Bae Yong Joon is a major shareholder, moved and it drew attention to its background.

On the 16th, Keyeast left Geumha Building in Cheongdam-dong and moved to the 6th floor of the American Standard Building in Samseong-dong. Geumha Building has been their home for last four years. It was once called Motorola Building when the American telecommunication company Motorola moved in, but it was called “Yonsama Building” in the entertainment industry after Keyeast moved in. They have an excellent accessibility because they’re located near the intersection of Gangnam ward office station of the Subway Line Number 7 and they also have a good view since they’re located on high ground.

But, there were some changes in the company when co-ceo Shin Pil Soon and Yang Geun Hwa were appointed at the end of last May. They reorganized every department and decided to relocate their office because their lease contract was about to expire.

The will of the management to reduce the high fixed expenses like the rent also came into play. The rent of Geumha Building is high because they are located in the closest transit area.

To rent one floor which has 1600㎡ is about 26,000,000 won for each month and it has a security deposit that is about 1,400,000,000 won. Compared to this building, it’s been known that they made a good condition contract with the American Standard Building. Even though it’s located in Samseong-dong, they could reduce the rent because it’s in the residential area about a block away from the big street.

In the last first quarter, their sales amount was 8,161,000,000 won and their operating income was 586,000,000 won, but their net profit was deficit 900,000,000 won.

It takes about 10 minutes from the Bae Yong Joon’s house in Samseong-dong to the American Standard Building by walk and this also drew attention. He usually doesn’t go to his office, but we can feel his special love toward his company in various ways. Especially, now that he is much closer to his management company with this moving.
