Looks like this weekend has been good to many Bae Yong Joon fans. Aside from the videos and photos that came out related to Visit to Korea Campaign and WLS Anime, Yong Joon's new photos from the catalog of Arnaldo Basini's Spring and Summer 2010 Collection also came out.

Yong Joon really does look thin even before the wedding of Mgr Yang last weekend. I really really do wish that he'll regain the 10kg that he lost while doing the travel book. I'm not liking his current physique.

BYJ in AB Fall Collection

Found this news set of photos from the Fall Collection of Arnaldo Bassini posted by JoyceLee on BYJ thread @ soompi. According to her she lifted this new set from BYJFan which vento shared.

Not the best photos of Yong Joon though these are better than nothing. Like what I said in my earlier posts, AB's photographer doesn't quiet capture the elegance of Yong Joon unlike some of the photographers who took his photos.

Amongst the photos above, i like the one where he's holding the camera and looking at the viewfinder the best. Followed by the one he's wearing canary yellow, then the photos where the angle is from the top, last would be a tie between the one where he's holding a wine glass and a coffee cup

I just saw this posted by Joanne on BYJ's Quilt and I'm shoving this here.

She has a good observation on this polls the was recently conducted. According to her [which I'm agreeing too] amongst the names on the list only Yong Joon hasn't been active in tv or movie [except for Shin Seongi who is already retired]but still able to be included in the top list of the polls.. Isn't it awesome and amazing? And we fans didn't even participated on any of it.

new photos of yong joon for AB and tidbits of news

Two new photos from Arnaldo Bassini came out today and was posted on BYJGallery. They're from the Fall Collection of AB.

I'm still not in favor the photographer of AB. The photog was not able to capture again the beauty and elegance of Yong Joon like Leslie Kee or the photog from Cosmo and Vogue did.

Oh well, anyway, these are just two photos so far, I'm certain there will be more which I'm hoping that would look better.



Before I end this post, suehan translated something interesting on BYJ's Quilt today that Joon♥Yoon, a member of KOB [Korean Official Board] shared on the board . It's about the community project that started a year ago to commemorate Yong Joon's birthday by member of KOB which they call 'Children’s Village’ and some very interesting news about Yong Joon straight from Mgr Yang.

Btw, let me thank first suehan for the wonderful translation she did on BYJ's Quilt which I also shared on BYJ thread @ soompi. Likewise to Joon♥Yoon for her sharing in KOB.

From suehan's translation, there were tidbit of information that Joon♥Yoon shared when they went to Boundaries of Forest's office [BOF] to delivery their anniversary cake, that like what I mentioned above very very interesting. It's about future projects of Yong Joon.

Here are bits and pieces in italics from that post.

- It was said that Yong Joon has concentrated on writing a book [the one that will be launched next month] for about one year and traveled about 40-50 places coast to coast for about one year.

- It was said that he wrote the book in his house most of time, finished his writings and only the design and editing are remaining.

- He reviews design and editing one by one and always working.

- There will be a press conference at the National Museum of Korea [in connection with the travel book] , and no one will be admitted except related officials. [related news was posted earlier HERE]

- There is a plan for fan meeting in various ways, but it won’t be possible due to the place, size, and time and other obstacles.

this is one thing that i like about this news. ^^

- They will start to work on the production of ‘Dream High’ [a musical drama in collaboration with JYP] right after the event in Japan [which is Oct 29 and 30] and the writers are working earnestly on ‘Drops of God’ now.

- With regard to 'Drops of God', so many famous wines will appear in the drama which delayed the work due to the adjustment of PPL issues.

I read that 'Drops of God' will come middle of 2010 and 'Dream High' early next year.

- Continuing on, the concerns are how much the filming and broadcasting time that we’re waiting for can be hurried, but we heard that it looked like there won’t be any more delays because a lot of big issues have been resolved.

- Regarding the wedding of Mgr Yang which is on the 21 of August, according to suehan's translation they heard about the concerns about Mgr Yang’s wedding. One of which is that they're a bit concered because they expect many domestic and foreign Families [fans] to come to his wedding [many stars might attend such as BYJ, So Ji Sub, Song Seung Hun, Lee Na Young, Lee Ji Ah and more] . BOF are worried about accidents that might occur. Mgr Yang said that it might be a stressful day for even though it’s the happiest moment in his life. He also said that he’s embarrassed because he isn’t the entertainer. [But Mgr Yang is the 2nd most popular person in BOF]

That it for some interesting news on Yong Joon. ^_^ I'll surely be an exciting weekend for many of the baefans this Friday and almost all I'm certain are already looking forward to next month's activities.

Arnaldo Bassini CF shooting of Yong Joon

I blogged HERE about the news that came out yesterday regarding the new CF of Yong Joon for Arnaldo Bassini Fall collection.

There's a video that came out today that tomato99 shared on BYJ's Quilt. It's from the shooting of the CF focusing on Yong Joon's pottery making.He looks good on the CF making though we can't see his beautiful smile since he's concentrating on the clay.

Let me take a short break first with SS501 with this post. It's a short news about Bae Yong Joon with new photo regarding the fall ad of Arnaldo Bassini, a brand of apparel he's endorsing.

Lately, news about Yong Joon is really really slow that is why you see me posting more news about SS501. Hee, and news about SS501 just keep on coming. It only goes to say that they're hot. ^^

Now, I wonder how things will be when SS501 and Yong Joon will be active at the same time. That'll be surely fun but I've to really double time going to the from fora to get the latest about them and post here. I can already seen me getting rattled. ^^

Anyway, let me shove this translation that Joanne posted on BYJ's Quilt earlier about the news on Yong Joon that Baefans should look forward to. Btw, I just love Joanne. She always returns to BYJ's Quilt whenever there's important news to be translated. Thank you Joanne!

Btw, when I first saw the photo from the article, I thought that it has something to do with the travel book that he's doing that will be released next month because he's doing pottery [read news here about Yong Joon making pottery]. Apparently, it was not. Like what i just mentioned, it's for AB.

BYJ made public cultivated & polished ability in ceramic art for the first time.

In past July, BYJ personally challenged in making pottery at an art center in Kyeonggi Province, where he visited for filming commercial of Fall collection of men's casual brand 'Arnado Bassini', creating sigh of admiration from staff who were watching him, as he made public his ability at a pretty good level, excelling expectoration.

The 'Arnaldo Bassini' decided BYJ's lifestyle as its concept for Fall commercial, and is planning to show themes of pottery, wine, photography, cycling, etc, along with Fall fashion.

As the Arnaldo Bassini plans to make public in video the episode series by theme, beginning with BYJ's 'Ceremic Arts Edition', it is expected to gather heated interest from consumers and his fan group.

Besides them, people can meet BYJ's episodes by theme in (AB's) homepage, Fall catalogue, and pictorials, etc. from the end in this month.

New from Arnaldo Bassini

There is nothing much going on on any of the baesites I've visited lately. Almost everyone I guess is still waiting for news on what's Yong Joon next project will be.

Anyway, but one thing to look forward to next week is the release of the latest issue of May Cosmopolitan issh wherein Yong Joon is the cover and has done interview with the magazine.

In the May issue of Cosmopolitan, Yong Joon together with 13 of his colleagues under his agency [BOF] took a pictorial under the theme of protecting the environment. I think that the pictorial that was done was some sort of a fashion shots. From what i've read also the sales of their pictures will be donated to an organization who are into environmetal protection. It was also said that there are about 22 pages in this pictorial.

In the meantime while waiting for the release of Cosmo, let me share with you first new set of photos from Arnaldo Bassini which style posted on BYJ Gallery.
