[News] Kim Hyun Joong Reveals Japanese Debut Album Jacket for "Kiss Kiss / Lucky Guy"

Kim Hyun Joong released his Japanese debut album jacket image. His album titled “Kiss Kiss / Lucky Guy” will be released on January 25. A jacket image that was in red, white, and green were released.


In the different images the jackets give off a dreamy atmosphere creating heightened anticipation for the album.

Kim Hyun Joong’s songs on the debut album are “Kiss Kiss,” “Lucky Guy,” “Break Down,” “U” and his DATV charity theme song for the “Miso Project.”


Last year when Kim Hyun Joong released two mini albums in South Korea, these two albums reached #1 on the “Imported Albums” of the Japanese Oricon charts. It appears that Kim Hyun Joong is planning on capitalizing the already apparent “Kim Hyun Joong Syndrome” that has been going on since his Japanese Nation Fan Meeting Tour in November 2011.

A representative of Key East stated, “Before Kim Hyun Joong’s debut, the continued showcases and events that allowed him to communicate with fans helped build a fan base. He is going to transform into a different individual for foreign fans. Please anticipate his Japanese debut.”

After releasing the single album on January 25 he will have an event for 20,000 fans on February 5 called, “Premium live 2012.”

Another Korean singer made it to #1 in Oricon chart and this time it's Kim Hyun Joong. With stiff competition not only amongst Japanese and Korean singers but as well as international stars Hyun Joong made it.

Kim Hyun Joong has done it again.

The singer previously hit #1 on Oricon‘s import albums chart with his first solo album ‘Breakdown’, and he’s done it once more with his 2nd mini-album, ‘Lucky’.

Oricon’s weekly chart for November 14th revealed that Kim Hyun Joong came in 1st with ‘Lucky'. He was able to beat out globally famous artists like Coldplay and Lady Gaga, a feat that serves to prove his strong popularity in Japan.

Kim Hyun Joong stated, “Hearing about placing 1st on the Oricon in the midst of traveling around different cities to meet with fans has made me even happier. I will always remember the thoughtfulness of the fans who have been a great support to me, and will try my best to put on the best performance.”

In related news, the singer kicked off his fan meeting tour on the 9th, and will visit 8 different cities in Japan.

Hyun Joong is looking so handsome at Daejeon's fan signing event that happened yesterday. Though he arrived an hour late due to heavy traffic, according to tweets I read he was still looking so magnificently wearing his hair straight this time and it seems that he had a hair cut. Uhm, I like it so much when his fringe doesn't have the curls (actually in any of the members).

The Daejeon fan signing was the last for the 2nd mini album 'Lucky' in Seoul as Hyun Joong will begin his tour in Japan. His last performance in Seoul for the album (if I am not mistaken) will be at 'Love Sharing 2011 Concert' that will be held at Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium and will be broadcast over at SBS at 3:40PM KST

Here is a fan cam from kimhyunjoong.com which I am shoving here from the post of 아이러브현 on SS601.com. It's a capture of Hyun Joong at the parking lot of KBS last November 4 when he appeared as one of the guest performers in Music Bank. In the video you will see Hyun Joong arriving at KBS, leaving the building to probably take a break in a nearby restaurant, then returning to KBS building.

Singer Kim Hyun-joong revealed hilarious and embarrassing pictures.

In celebration of the 100th episode of the SBS show "Kang Heart", Kim Hyun-joong, Yoon Se-ah, Kim Ji-sook, Hwang Kwang-hee and others made an appearance.

Kim Hyun-joong said, "There are four types of friends who are close to me. Friends, dancers, the trainees and my company colleagues".

"It had been a year since I joined the new management but I still couldn't be close to the others. I have been around 10 countries on an Asian Tour and that's where we got close".

Kim Hyun-joong couldn't go out because of the fans that gathered at a hotel they were staying at, so he drank wine with his colleagues. There was a punishment for the first person to get drunk and in the end, one passed out.

Kim Hyun-joong then said, "I didn't know they were that much fun. They told me to reveal them on "Kang Heart"". He showed pictures of his officemates with pictures drawn on their faces, drunk.

After that he said, "I don't get drunk when I am drinking with them. If my pictures come out like this, I might have to leave my job".

Meanwhile, about Lee Seung-gi, Kim Hyun-joong said, "Seung-gi gets upset very easily" and called him the 'grudge-holding Seung-gi'.
