here are more additional interesting triavia on Winter Sonata ^ ^
--- About 300,000 copies of the OST were sold in Korea within a month. A pop group ‘Black hole’ accused the songwriter of copying their starting for ‘From the start to now’. Wonder how the case was closed. Many rumoured that Ryu must be ugly to hide behind the scene. but when he appeared to promote the album in Hong Kong and Taiwan, they are amazed to find that he is actually nice looking. However, he had no wish to be an actor as he found it to mushy to read love lines.
--- Yong Ha is Ji Woo’s fan and he was so overjoyed when he had many intimate scenes with her. He always hummed on the set. Yong Jun and Ji Woo enjoyed listening and persuaded him to cut albums. Judging from his popularity, he could be as successful as Kim Sang Hyuk.
--- Many complained to the director that the act in letting Jun Sang regain his memory through the second accident was too deliberate. He confessed that he had no more ideas left but he couldn’t let Jun Sang cure his amnesia in hospital so he had to do it again.
--- The wooden house scene when both are stranded in the resort wasn’t shot smoothly. Ji Woo couldn’t push open the door and took a long time to do it. And to make the blind Jun Sang discover her, she was supposed to push the table harder but she had no strength. No one could hear any noise at all.
--- Many like the cheerful Yu Jin in the serial which shows a different side of Ji Woo. But she had a lot of NGs filming the dancing scene in the recording studio. And thanks to this role, her usual habit of reading lines unclearly was corrected.

hey, liezle, nice to revisit these wls tidbits.
thanks!
Liezle,
Thank you again ! My only complain is this is too short~ ha! Since you didn't indicate this is the last part, can I wish for Part 3?
This brings me back to the series.
There's a part of me that is still grieving for Chun Sahng. Eventhough he didn't die and came back as Minh Yong, it still didn't take away the fact that Chun Sahng is not the same anymore. There are so many IFs in my mind. If Chun Sahng didn't lose his memory, how would he be when he grew older? It goes to show how good Yong Joon is in this series. Chun Sahng left me a feeling of sadness, loneliness. At the same time, he is unique, playful, loving and so youthful! Life and love just begun.
It is as if he left for the shadow world on his own after the accident. He really did "die" after the accident.
hello ginnie! part 3??? i've to research ^^ hope someone will make another one so that i can repost. honestly, i was also asking for more when i read it.
oh i love jun sang! love love yong joon as jun sang. love the hair, the smile, the eyes, his personality...everything.
hhmm i guess we have to ask fanfic fanatics if they happen to come across a story of jun sang not dying ^^
bb? frances? anyone?
Liezle,
Chun Sahng left a strong impression for me and I think many of us. That's the backbone of WLS success in my mind. If the audience didn't feel for Chun Sahng or care enough about him, WLS wouldn't have been as memorable. The writing, acting, filming of Chun Sahng prior to the accident were very crucial to the back story as well as the rest of the plot after 10 years. Especially too when we have only limited screentime for Chun Sahng prior to the mishap. Not forgetting too, Yu Jin and Chun Sahng's chemistry has to be just right. We need to care for these characters to be able to feel for them 10 years later.
I don't know about fanfics, never read one...ha! But, Chun Sahng is probably good the way it is now...There are regrets nonetheless but maybe that's the beauty of the story.
