kami no shizuku #3

Previously on chapter 2 of book 1. Shizuku and Tomine met. Though shizuku is the right heir of his father’s 20 billion worth of wine cellar, his dad did not give this to him after his death. Instead he planned a competition between shizuku and tomine ‘the prince of the wine world’ and adoptive brother. The contest is to determine what mr. kanzasaki considered to be the 12 best wines in his wine cellar. Anyone who can determine the wines within the year, will have the inheritance transferred to him.

On top of that before the actual contest begins, another contest to determine who will live in the mansion was made by the late ms. kanzasaki. The person who can form the expression that is superior will be determined as the winner. And Tomine was able to do so. However, Tomine said to the lawyer, ‘This wine holds the last message from Kansazaki-sensei.’

Continuing on, three days after the competition at the mansion, Shizuku went to where miyabi works and ask for her help. He told her about the will, the competition and who he is competing with. Miyabi’s manager, Mr. Fujieda, overheard their conversation and ask Shizuku to drink. Despite his hesitance, he accepted the offer to drink, gave his impression on the taste. Mr. Fujieda got impressed with his sensitivity saying that ‘You don’t come off as someone who’s never touched wine.’ The wine tasting continues with both miyabi, the sommelier in training and shizuku getting engrossed with the wine and mr. Fujieda’s skill in the field.

Meanwhile, Tomine with hundreds of wine glasses in a room, seriously taste tests, gives critic and identifies each glass of wine.

If this drama will really pushes through, of course aside from yong joon playing the role of Tomine Issie, I can see the role of Shizuku fitting Song Seung Hun or So Ji Sub.
