I have known since June that Jung Min will go solo. As I've hinted earlier on this has been the news when we were in Seoul the last time we where there. Since then I was just actually waiting for the news to come out and now that it's out all I wish is for Jung Min is the best of luck. TS will surely be behind him to support his decision and will wait for the time whe SS501 will become one again.

According to CNR media on the 10th, "Park Jungmin signed on to us because he wants to widen his acitivities in the asian region, of course inclusive of domestically (korea). In future, he will be aiming to attain a firm position in asia as a multi-entertainer. Also, Jungmin will be positively and eagerly participating in any thing related to SS501 as SS501's Jungmin, and so with that, SS501 activities will be his first and foremost priority in anything". Though having said that, for now to see, the name 'SS501' belongs to DSP Media, since each member are moving into new agencies, so when they carry out work in that agency, it isn't very likely that they could use the name SS501, so it seems like only lip-service is performed...
A personnel from SS501's leader Kim HyunJoong who have moved to agency KEYEAST expressed that HyunJoong's relationship with the other members is good, and in future too, it will be possible to carry out music activities as SS501 together", he also stated their stand that Hyunjoong did not move out of/leave SS501 at all. But with Park Jungmin's situation now, it doesn't seem so likely. With that the case, in order that both of them will not be responsible for any form of rumoured 'disbandment', all such information are going through only from each's agency representatives.

While on the other hand, with Kim HyunJoong and Park Jungmin having released official statement about their recruitment into new agencies, remaining members Heo YoungSaeng, Kim KyuJong and Kim HyungJun are receiving massive concern over their future moves. It was said that CNR Media has been in contact with Heo YoungSaeng, KimKyuJong and Kim HyungJun too.

Now I really feel bad for Leader who received all those negative comments for being the first to leave DSP knowing that JM wanted to pursue the same path as Leader since June.
Anyway, good luck to all 5 members! We will be waiting patiently for your return in the future.
it's great to know that HJL's KeyEast and JM's CNR are both agencies that have more international connections and experience. (and hopefully so will YS, KJ, and HJB's.) just shows how much popularity and great potential SS501 has throughout Asia! :D hope they get all the success they deserve. <3
so two of members were going with their new company....I hope YS,KJ, and HJ will find their company soon...even I feel little dissapointed with the news,,,hope all of them will do well and only wish the best for them...ss501 unbreakable....Hwaiting to see them again together on stage!

Read from another blog that DSP will be in charge whenever they carry out activities in the name of 'SS501'...That means that DSP will always be in charge of SS501's activities? It's fine, I don't mind DSP, cuz i believe that every agency has their way of doing things, but i just hope that they'll be more efficient in that sense. The boys can go much further as SS501 if DSP looked at improving their promotional methods. Our long awaited second album, and now, the second Asia tour too :))
It's ok even if they can't work together for the time being, we TS will always be waiting for them! Meanwhile, it seems that the boys are trying hard to spread their wings to different parts of the world. I'm sure that when they finally make their SS501 comeback, it'd be the greatest of them ever. They'll be more popular as a group with five individuals too. All the best to the other three. Its time these quiet ones begin to stand on their own and shine individually, not just as SS501, but as young saeng, kyujong, and hyung jun! ^^
Looking forward to seeing them develop as individuals within SS501! In fact, I hope that with their unique bond, they'll be able to go even further than Shinhwa or H.O.T, and be as what they wished-to be--SS501 forever.
Honestly, I have watched quite some recent comic-ritz productions and they were really disappointing. No doubt Comic-ritz produced many nice and successful dramas last time, but most, if not all, of those in recent years were nothing short of disappointing, mostly due to lousy scripts. Many failed to become great hits, despite casts with high popularity. Sorry if I offended anyone, that's just my point of view. It's alright if you think otherwise =)
I just hope that the dramas that our dear jungmin will be starring in will be made of good scripts and consist good casts. SS501 hwaiting!!!

Don't feel sorry,it's true what you say.Many years ago,I already give up taiwan dramas as it's compare to others,only one word can descripe 拖泥带水。
If signing on to new agencies was a major discussion point in SS501 members' private consultations, I'm very sure the issue of use of group name for future activities would definitely be one of the considerations - after all, as artistes, they are more exposed to the world of entertainment contracts than what we as fans would know. As the future moves of each member begins to unfold, it would be good to let them work out their individual plans ( cos it embodies their personal dreams ) as they have burnt too many boats and sacrificed their youth pursuing their goals. The greatest support that we can give them as fans is to wish them the best in all they do and not force our expectations on them.

I agree, it was taiwanese dramas that introduced me to taiwanese dramas. They really used to be quite nice, but those of recent years have only been increasingly disappointing, so much so, that I have given up watching them. Korean dramas of similar genre have instead, been doing fairly better. Of course, not all taiwanese dramas are lousy, nor are the korean ones perfect. I just hope that those that jm will star in will be those with good scripts. Since he's already made his choice, we can support him as TS. All the best to them all! =)
Its great to know that every decision made by them at this moment have been made after considerable thoughts, and based on the consensus of all five members. As TS, we should support them in all their decisions, and not force our expectations on them. I'll be most happy to see each of them fulfilling their dreams.
Of course, if SS501 is part of their dreams just like they've expressed so, we will wait patiently till time is ripe and they make their eventual comeback. Hope that everything goes right for this five lovely pies. They've worked so hard and sacrificed so much to fulfil their dreams, they've inspired so many people during their journey, now I wish that their hard work will continue to pay off as they continue to inspire many more in future.

Why can't the five of them buy the name SS501 from DSP just like what Shinhwa leader did. He bought it from SM after some grueling negotiation so that they can continue to use the name even though members are with different agencies.

Shinhwa leader eric is fm wealth family,he can afford to buy over the name but not ss501.
Anyway,is not smart enough to waste the money to buy over the name which only benefit to dsp.As times goes by,fans go more mature,their mind of thinking will differently.
No doubt Shinhwa holding the name,their fans is not as wild as before.
im upset but i will still support them no matter what..HJ,JM, YS, KJ,mAGNAE, will still be ss 4eva as one..so triple s, keep that in mind, dont blame leader, DSP, JM, or anyone else..

I believe that he would do it if he could, and felt the need to do so too. Look at how he's personally forked out money to pay for songs for their new album, and when he held the Goodbye Yoon Jihoo fanmeet last year. Being an artiste is more a dream than a career to him. That's why it mattered nought whether it was DSP buying the the song, or him.
Even so, I believe that every group is unique in their own way. They all have differing ways of doing things. SS501 will pull through this ordeal in a 'SS501' manner, as they have always did =))
I like what @5:32pm and @10:20pm have said. I couldn't agree with you more in all that you've said. Personally, I don't see why DSP should have any part in this still as if not for their incompetent management, the 5 will not probably even think of finding new agencies.
+ Hj is the cushion so that the others may not suffer as hard. whether we like it or not, that's just how it is.
+ he got the hardest blow. let's just hope that he has gotten over the bashings and the nasty things thrown at him.
+ now we know that the other members, well at least for JM, had already plans to go solo at the very same time or maybe even before HJ was finalizing his deal w/ KE.
+ let's wait for the announcement of YS, KY and HJB. i have a feeling that it would be soon. for sure, all their options have been considered. for all we know, they might even have something in the pipeline already and it's just a matter of finding the right timing to spill it out.
+ what's left for us to do is to support them. they are moving on to a new phase in their careers and their lives. let's grow with them, shall we?

Actually I think hjl will be able to handle the bashings well. Not that I think that bashings are fine, just that i feel that he's mature enough to take them in stride. Its part and parcel of being a public figure after all. He'll just work even harder to prove them wrong, as he did to some during BOF :)
Yes, really hope the boys get their contract issues settled SOON. It's taking too long. I'm not saying this because I want to see them sooner, it's just that I think that they are wasting too much of their prime time. Their popularity was really high & still rapidly on the rise during june, it's not too late if they make their appearance again, soon. That doesn't definitely mean making SS501's comeback, but at least setting their individual activities/careers on track.
I'm saying this because I think that the boys are actually losing out on a lot of performance opportunities that would have otherwise been theirs. They are high in demand in many places now, but until everything's settled, it would be difficult to invite the band for performances.
I guess the boys understand this too, just hope that things will turn out right for them.

Anonymous 1:10 no member should be bashed even if they are mature enough to take it but you may be right that if any member can take it in stride it is probably Hyunjoong. I do agree about this past comeback being a huge missed opportunity for SS501 and I feel bad for them about that but they will all succeed as solo artists I have no doubt. I believe SS501 have been discussing what they were going to do about trying to remain a group and about trying to do more solo activities since the Persona concert in Seoul. I believe that is what all the tears were about. They really care about their fans and I believe that what upsets them the most is the disappointment they knew this might or would cause those fans. They want to remain a group forever but it isn't all up to them. I don't know if DPS even made any contract offers to them but if they did apparently it was not what any of the members wanted (or should I say deserved) since they are all leaving. I am 100% sure that the members have done nothing but discuss these issues and are all trying to do the best they can by each other as a group and individually. Let's all just hope for the best and keep supporting each and every member in their solo activities until hopefully one day they will be on stage as SS501 again.
SS501's probably grown too big for DSP to handle, i doubt the relationship between both parties have gone bad. Seems like they've been recieving advice from mentors too.
Just like Lee Hyori. She tried her best to stay with DSP even after FINKL disband or went hiatus. But DSP cannot handle her popularity. I guess it is the same with SS501. Anonymous 7:19 is right. DSP cannot handle the SS501 popularity anymore. The demand on SS501 is too much for DSP because they don't have the means. Now they only have Kara to finance Rainbow. Well SS501 records and products are still selling and still goes to the pocket of DSP. I believe Lee Hyori was one of the mentors thru all this and the former manager of DSP who is now with Lee Hyori.
Personally, i feel that news about the other three won't be released that soon. At least not in the next few days. News about jungmin were only released yesterday, I believe that they will give some time for the news to settle down, and more people to know of his move, before announcing theirs.
One way that Ts worldwide can show support for our 5 guys is first, be unwavering in our support, and secondly, to even grow the fan base while SS501 is on hiatus, challenging as it seems. Usually, the general trend is for numbers to decrease ( and for some groups quite significantly ) especially when the group is not currently active. But I believe TS united can overcome the odds, just as SS501 can shine in overseas market despite the lack of promotional activities. Through continued aggressive support of each member's individual activities and projects, new fans can be won. Presenting them with an even bigger fan base than before would be one of the best gifts TS can offer when the awaited reunion materializes.
As SS501 members face new and exciting challenges in the new phase of their career, TS too can rise up to take up the baton of ensuring a solid base of support for our lovable guys.
