Everyone was so happy when Jung Min tweeted early this morning about ROMEO then articles about CNR appealing to the earlier ruling by the court in favor of Jung Min regarding termination of contract were published. 

This many not seem a good news but I am very confident that Jung Min will be able to overcome this hurdle.

[News] Park Jung Min Management Company To Appeal “Park Jung Min Wants to Terminate His Contract, With Unreasonable Demands Of 700 Million”

Park Jung Min Management Company to appeal.

Regarding singer Park Jung Min injunction against exclusive contract disputes, management company CNR Media gave their official statement.

On the 9th, CNR Media states, after looking thru the official reported documentations ‘Head Office and Legal Affairs of the China entertainment Corporate, cannot accept the decision on the preliminary injunction thus they decided to appeal against this injunction’.

According to CNR Media, from 2011 the company overall expenditure is approximately 1.1 billion. In order to sign the 400 million contract with Park Jung Min, they paid (Park Jung Min) the same amount of 50 million contract conditions which is of the same level of the best artistes.

But when Park Jung Min was carrying out liquidation in the second half of 2011, asking for the agency to pay for the equivalent of more than 80% of the 700 million income. CNR media thus states that “(Park) without any evidence or proposition to terminate the contract with the company made by the imposition of unreasonable propostion.”

Moreover, CNR Media stated again “Park Jung Min said, ‘Therefore, the application for the preliminary injunction is due to that they do not carry out the liquidation’ despite the efforts by the company, but with the required amount requested by Park Jung Min, the difference is too huge, with that the company cannot agree.

Furthermore, CNR Media side, legal CETV states, “This incident, it is the artiste himself who disregard the company who wants to solve the liquidation problem, making unreasonable demands, not cooperating to negotiate with the company and resolve, making his own decision to terminate the contract, disregard the company when undergoing his solo activities. Dissatisfied with the preliminary injunction decision, thus decided to appeal. Relevant documentation are already in the confirmation stage.”

Regarding this matter between CNR and Park Jung Min, it is being on hot discussion and in the news “Park Jung Min kept working without getting any money” creating hot topics. (The company) suffered huge losses, but also stressed that because this matter, now in the entertainment industry, it has come to a state that they do not know whether can they continue to work.

On the other hand, Park Jung Min during Oct 2010 the collaboration between Taiwan and S.Korea company CNR Media which has a 3 year contract, on Apr 2012 applied for the injunction against to demand to an end to the effectiveness of the management contract.. This year on 31 Jul Seoul Central District Court rule in favour of Park Jung Min with regard to the preliminary injunction.

A few cuts from Kim Hyun Joong‘s recent photo shoot have been revealed.

The singer/actor who is currently endorsing casual clothing brand HANGTEN sported the brand’s newest line of eye-catching collared t-shirts and cotton pants.

What drew the most attention, however, were his broad shoulders and toned muscles that were outlined by his outfit.

Striking just the right poses, ‘dandy guy’ Kim Hyun Joong managed to look comfortable, fashionable, and masculine all at the same time.

Meanwhile, Kim Hyun Joong has been cast as the male lead in ‘City Conquest‘, with which he will be returning to the small-screen for the first time in two years.

It is a very popular show with comical hosts who like to pick on their guests. An episode usually consists of live performances (of recently released songs) from popular artists, chat segments and other fun and games.

I am sure you have see the teaser that came out at 12MN today.  Dark Jung Min is looking so good and the song sounds good with Jung Min's unique voice quality.  I wish to hear and see the full MV soon which is to be released first week September. 

Incidentally, in September as well, as announced by B2M, Young Saeng will debut in Japan on the 3rd week of September (see details at the sidebar).

I super wish both Young Saeng and Jung Min will do well in Japan just like Hyun Joong and Hyung Jun who already debuted in Japan much earlier

[News] SS501′s Park Jung Min (Romeo) reveals PV preview for “Give Me Your Heart”

SS501‘s Park Jung Min is set to debut in Japan next month with the release of his first Japanese single, “Give Me Your Heart“.

He will be using the name of “Romeo” to promote in Japan and a PV Preview for “Give Me Your Heart” was recently revealed through Victor Music‘s official YouTube Channel. At his Japanese fan meeting, Park Jung Min talked about Romeo in third person and the video uploaded on YouTube describes Romeo as someone who “Looks exactly like SS501′s Park Jung Min“.

The single is set for official release on September 5th but the track is already available via mobile phone download or ringtone.

KeyEast released another photo of Hyun Joong from the shooting site of 'City Conquest' in Japan.

Below photo shows Hyun Joong intensely checking the monitor of the scene in which he just filmed. According to one of the staff from the production, Hyun Joong always pays extra attention to his acting and keeps on practicing his action scenes with the opposite actors before each filming.

Up to this writing, there is still no news which broadcast station we will watch 'City Conquest' as the producer are still negotiating with the broadcasting firms.

Kim Hyun Joong has donated 50 million KRW (~ 44,300 USD) to the ‘Beautiful Foundation’ to help those in need.

Even while he was busy with his ‘Fan Meeting Tour 2012′ in 5 Asian countries, promotions for his Japanese single album ‘Heat‘, and his upcoming drama ‘City Conquest‘, he was moved by his fans’ actions and decided to make a contribution himself as well.

Kim Hyun Joong’s agency revealed, “When Kim Hyun Joong returned to Korea after concluding the fan meeting tour, he was touched greatly when he heard that one of his fan clubs donated 10 million KRW (~ 8,860 USD) to the ‘Summer Campaign for Senior Citizens Living Alone’. He wanted to show gratitude to his fans and wanted to help out as much as he can, and thus, decided to donate to the same foundation“. He continued, “Kim Hyun Joong stated that he wanted to support the elderly who are suffering from the heat, and the college students who are studying hard even in the midst of hardships. We hope that Kim Hyun Joong and his fans’ sincerity reached out to many people.”

30 million KRW dollars were donated towards the ‘Summer Campaign for Seniors Citizens Living Alone’, while 20 million KRW will be used for the ‘Kim Hyun Joong Scholarship’, which his fan club established for college students who have financial troubles.

Meanwhile, Kim Hyun Joong is busy filming for his upcomign drama ‘City Conquest’.

Hyun Joong Donated 50Million Won

News has it that Hyun Joong donated 50Million Won to Beautiful Funds Foundation. This is in appreciation to the good deeds that one of his fanclubs donated 10Million won to Beautiful Funds Foundation as well.

The donation of Hyun Joong was given on the 3rd of August to recipients namely, Campaign to Aid Lone Elders, who received 30Million Won and Kim Hyun Joong Scholarship Fund which was established by a fanclub to help undergraduates in their living and academics who received 20Million Won.

Beautiful Funds Foundation was very grateful of the donation and express their heartfelt appreciation to Hyun Joong. According to a representative of the foundation, it is an unusual deed for a star to follow his fans' good deeds.

It has been 10 days since Kyu Jong enlisted and everyone is wondering how he has been fairing inside the camp.

Today a photo of Kyu Jong in green tee and what looks to be like gray sweat shorts together with some trainees has been circulating in SS501 community and SNS.

Hyung Jun left for Japan today to start the promotion of his new album 'ESCAPE' and hold concerts  dubbed as 'Kim Hyung Jun 2012 2nd Story'

Back in March and April of this year, Hyung Jun successfully had six concerts in Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo. This time around, aside from having concerts in Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo, he will also be including in his itinerary Fukuoka and Sapporo. A total of nice concerts will be held starting 3rd of August until the 26th of August.

On July 29th, Kim Hyun Joong completed his eight city Asia tour with a final fan meet in Bangkok, Thailand.

The fan meet was planned as a way of showing his gratitude for the amount of love he’s received from fans all over Asia since his debut. The tour kicked off in Singapore in May and has since traveled through Hong Kong, China, Thailand, and more for a total of five countries and eight cities. In total, he’s met with over 40,000 fans.

The tour aided in helping him solidify his fanbase and demonstrate his power as a rising Hallyu star. One representative stated, “Kim Hyun Joong is one of Korea’s greatest artists in that his high quality stages and fan services are able to satisfy both his fans and officials. More are now focused on his future activities as one of the leaders of global Hallyu.”

Kim Hyun Joong performed nearly 20 songs live for each concert, along with exciting events like laser shows to bring the fan meet up to the level of that of a full blown concert. As the concert’s focus was on his connection to the fans, he planned several special stages with them, such as one where he reenacted movie scenes with them or another where he called up one special fan and serenaded her with a song.

He concluded each event by locking eyes and shaking hands with every single one of them as they filed out.
