the sudden news about the change of SS501's mini album, we think we made many tripleS confused.
the album which was suppose to be official has been changed to a mini album. about this change many people have had inquires ~
to have official album activities, it would be pressure so after a lot of effort , we have decided it would be a mini album.

DSP decided to release the mini album for the following reasons.
1. they're behind schedule due to the persona concerts plus the fact that when hyun joong was sick, activities of SS501 stopped for almost a month.
2. they were pressured by fans who have been clamoring for the album since they've announced it. what DSP did wrong was to announced that it's going to be a full album. so fan are expecting.
3. they've realized that doing a concert and promotional activities for the album would be difficult. it would be impossible for SS501 to give their 100% in both activities since one is required to travel a lot and 2nd one needs to have lots of promotional activities in korea. the boys health may be at stake here too.
4. releasing a mini album would mean less intensive promotional activities.
for me it doesn't matter whether they release a mini album or a full album. what is important for me is that they are releasing an album. they've addressed our clamor and i think they tried doing their best if not the bestest ^_^ [i know there's no such word]
I guess you guys know the phrase 'damn if they don't, damn if they do'. i think that this is what DSP is at in right now.
I'm not siding with DSP i'm just being objective.
p.s. though it's not clear whether there will still be an official or full album [sigh, actually they're all album, whether it's the sub group or their solos they're still album of SS501. the only difference is the number of songs] maybe we can still look forward to next year for a full official album before SS501 do their solo activities again.

yes i'm still going to be in seoul. i'll be there until the 25th.
i was told that a reservation has to be done for me to get a copy. and i was told that someone has to do it for me since it may be sold out fast. huhuhuhu... i'll be there but still worrying on how to get a copy. this is stressing me.
but i've to get one on the 20th so that i can also get the freebies.

I still think that they could have released the album like promised even without full-scale promotions on music and variety programs. Fans worldwide have been waiting so long for the album that once it is released, it is bound to climb up the charts. Every song SS501released had done well on charts. By doing so, are DSP not having faith in SS501's ability? In all, it all adds up to one thing: profits. No company is willing to invest in something with a less than affirmative chance of bringing in more profits than ones invested which is fair game given the intense competition from other idol groups this year. I just wish DSP would believe more in SS501 and Triple S.
does someone know how can I watch the shows online?
I think I agree with Liezle on this one. We're not siding on anyone, but we should give DSP benefit of the doubts. And for sure, the boys know about the release of the mini-album, and it was a mutual decision between the company and the boys. Maybe they did this, thinking it would be the best for now, for the company and for the boys.
It's still an album. If we really love them and believe in them, we will still purchase despite the fact that it is just a mini-album. Though disappointing, it's still from SS501. So we will still support and love it :)

i think DSP is right.. (partly)
seeing that they are already busy making cf's, doing other shows, doing persona, guestings that the boys are so thin right now.. pressuring them to do an all out full album would be hard on the boys...
since its an album its should be given more attention because it would be embarrassing if it would not be a hit..
for a minialbum only a few songs will be released so its not that much of a pressure..
but I do hope they push the full album next year.!!!!
