They are wearing a see thru back coat just like Nicole's outfit on Lupin. I also notice that Baby is not wearing a full shirt inside his coat. I can see some bear chest also.

I think those who are backless are the back up dancers. I'm not sure though because I looked and there were some guys who had a coat and the others were backless.

Was this MV made before KHJ had injuries or after ?If after, this must be the MV shooting mentioned by a fan who was there .It may look sexy and manly to us seeing the end product but we can't possible imagine how much pain KHJ felt shooting this MV.Talk of highest level of professionalism -this one is.
