I am shoving here nicely taken photos of Hyung Jun from the shutterbug of Prettyboy taken yesterday when at Gimpo Airport where Hyung Jun took a flight going to Busan to attend the 17th Busan International Film Festival.

You will noticed in some of the photos taken by Prettyboy's shutterbug that there is a tall handsome guy with him.  Yup it's actor Lee Ki Woo.  He's the same agency with Hyung Jun, S-Plus.

[Highlights & Pix] Hyun Joong @ 'City Conquest' Event in Budokan 10.04.12

The press conference at Budokan ended and many fans are happy again because they were able to see Hyun Joong on stage.  As for us fans not in Japan, we are so grateful for the live updates in Twitter and Weibo.  Super thanks to everyone for doing this.

For those who missed the live updates in any of the nice tweeps in Twitter, I will be shoving here the tweets that came from @baebb who are translating posts from Weibo and I believe from some other tweeps she's following.

• 4D HJ has turned 8D ^^ he told the audience to eat & drink well... i.e. keep well so that they can spend 100th anniversary together ^o^
• and oh, seems like there's already droolworthy scenes in ep1 of City Conquest #^.^# (topless...?)
• "I, Baek Mir, love her and will live as her husband and I promise to never ever let her cry." ahhhh.... leader who loves so deeply...!
• they also showed the boat scene with kissing footage...
• and.... HJ said the character he plays is someone with a very hard and painful life~
• HJ: in my mind, i remember dressing up in woman's clothes during a concert back in 2005. it's been a long time since i last dressed up as a woman. it's a rather big sacrifice for the drama... oh well, so long as everyone enjoys watching it... everyone, do look forward to it.
• emcee asked Jung Yumi and PD about their views regarding HJ dressed up as a woman. HJ got somewhat shy (embarrassed?) as he was listening...
• Yumi: there were many fans around during the filming, but he wasnt affected nor got embarrassed and carried out his acting. (bb: the chinese characters didnt appear properly here, so i cant translate... ^.^;)
• PD: i already thought he'a really very good-looking man when we first met. after some contact, i feel he's very masculine... and after drinking with him, i feel he has a good personality and is very humorous! (i too wanna drink with leader!!)
• Q: What's the highlight of this drama? HJ: ... A lot of effort was put into filming the kissing scenes...
• seems like the sneaks of the drama hinted that there's more than just kissing in that boat scene... (rock the boat, baby, lol!)
• heard he's clad in all black, making him look even taller and leaner.
• City Conquest said to have 20 epis~
• said atmos is v v high during HJ's performance~
• heard HJ seems to have prepared quite abit for the event and his japanese seems to have improved some ^^
• fans readied themselves with green lightsticks and like always, created the marvelous sea of green ^^

• ended.... he'd always give 90-degree bow at the end, each and every time without fail. am always touched whenever i see him do this.
• the singing segment was fabulous tonight. a little different from the previous times. he even sang a song that he'd never sung live before. the emcee said this when everyone's leaving the hall, 'it's raining outside.'

addedum:

• during the last segment of Lucky Guy encore, it's different from the past. it's really fantastic and everyone enjoyed it to the max.
  at the part "every body, every every body, move your body, move move your body...', HJ must have sung it to us at least 20-over times.
  he even made the gesture of 'shhhhh....' to quiet everyone. he then lowered his voice and sang in a very soft voice, 'every...move...' and got everyone to sing in a similar manner. there's alot of fan interaction!
  
• on bed scene....Jung Yumi: Is everyone upset? HJ: It's alright, it's just acting, acting.... never mind.
• Jung Yumi also said quite abit towards the end. basically she had said tonight was fantastic, and she also felt sensed a strong realization that HJ is a singer (as well as an actor). earlier HJ had disappeared from the stage, so she asked, 'where did you go?' HJ: practise with the band. Yumi: what about later? where to next? HJ: practise with the band #^.^#
• after a certain song, HJ asked, 'what time is it now? 9pm? The agreement with Budokan is till 9pm. gotta close at 9pm.'someone in the audience said, 'no such thing!'he gave a very hearty laugh and said, 'no such thing?' and went on to sing the next song....oh alright, go ahead and prank on us... ^o^
• they also played a making clip, which included BTS.
• they had shown how the actual filming was done for the action scene which was shown to us earlier. the combat scenex and all were all real.
• there were also snippets of the cast talking. HJ had said that those seemingly dangerous actions and scenes ain't really so dangerous.
• i (neko) feel he's comforting us and trying to assure us so that we dont worry. there was a scene where he was held up by ropes at the top of a building, it looked scary.
• the clip ended with a kiss. and there was also a quick flash of a bed scene. shot from the outside through white see-through curtains. only captured from the neck up. he was on top of her and they were really close to each other. cant be sure if they're about to kiss or just looking into each other's eyes. jt was really a flash of a scene and raced past very quickly.had they deliberately ended both clips like this to bring everyone's emotions to a high?
• SPOILER ALERT :(honeymoon bed scene on the boat...?) the couple was kindda shy initially and snuck looks at each other and their eyes met a few times... shyly...
• then HJ suddenly leaned over to kiss JYM, and they separated... looked into each other's eyes and started kissing really passionately.
• hee, read that HJ did well in this scene. well, what did i tell you? this chap specialises in (actual) sleeping scenes and kissing scenes, lol!
• did you know some chinese fans nicknamed him 'vacuum cleaner kim'...? obvious why so, ya? (he sucks like one when he kisses... niiiiiiice!)
• at the end of the event, emcee said at his count of 123, HJ, JYM and PD were to say City Conquest (in korean), and the fans would shout 'fighting!' then HJ said, 'City Conquest (in japanese) will do too.'so emcee counted 1-2-3, the trio said City Conquest. in japanese and the audience in the entire hall said in one voice, 'fighting!'

The event is not all talks, Hyun Joong treated the fans with some songs using live band.  He sang Do You Like That, Lucky Guy, I'm Your Man, Please, Creep (yes Creep by Radiohead!) and few more (i know I miss some though... sorry).

Wow,  fans must have enjoyed the evening with Hyun Joong, right?

Hyung Jun with a new hair style and hair color was seen leaving Gimpo International Airport and arriving Busan Gimhae Airport this afternoon as he headed to attend the opening of the 17th Busan International Film Festival. The film festival will be held at Haeundae Centum City, Nampo-dong, Busan. From the 4th to the 13th of October a total of 75 countries and 304 film will be screened across in Busan city theaters.

After successfully staging ROMEO 2nd Contact in Japan, Jung Min is back in S Korea tonight via Gimpo Airport.

Here are few photos of Jung Min wearing mask again that @candy840509 taken at Gimpo.  I will be sharing quality photos once I see some.

As Jung Min is back in Korea and from what he said from his interviews in Japan, this October he will be busy preparing for his activities in Korea. If things go all well, we might just see him on the 11th of November for a possible comeback.

Hyun Joong's Departure and Arrival 10.03.12

Hyun Joong left S Korea via Gimpo Airport with fans surrounding as he went to Japan for 'City Conquest' press conference tomorrow at Budokan.  Hours after, he arrived Haneda with Jeong Yu Mi where many fans gathered again to welcome them.

Hyun Joong to Zip Off Japan Later this Afternoon

Tomorrow the 4th will be 'City Conquest' Press Conference in Budokan. The press conference will be large-scale with about 16,000 Japanese fans along with an estimated 400 reporters from media outlet such as NHK, TBS, Fuji TV.

According to this news I read from enews24 that Hyun Joong, Jeong Yu Mi  and those who will be involved in the presscon will leave Gimpo this afternoon (5PM) and fly to Japan for tomorrow's big event.

From the same article above, It was mentioned that 'City Conquest' will be shown over KBS2. We can expect the drama by 2nd half of 2012 (corrected by earlier post.  that means from now until dec)

With this news out, I believe we will be seeing lots of media photos of Hyun Joong later taken at Gimpo Airport as well as fancams and photos of his arrival in Japan.

[Article] Jung Min Cautions in Speaking About SS501 Future Plans

There are so many article about Jung Min that can be found in Naver and Daum regarding his most recent activities in Japan for the ROMEO 2nd Contact. The articles talk so much about his performance in EBISU LIQUIDROOM in Tokyo, his plan for his October activities in Korea, he talked about Kyu Jong and the supposed plans of SS501 to reunite (which other members talked about as well after Kyu Jong enlisted for his mandatory military requirement).

Ok, hold your horses! We all know that reunion will not happen anytime soon because of each member's commitment as a solo artist and their impending mandatory military duty in which Kyu Jong already went ahead of the others. But the members have talked about this and they even mentioned this in several of their individual interviews. No matter what other say, certified TS certainly wait for this time to happen, right? And I believe that what they promised before they went solo is not an empty promise.

[Article] SS501 Had a Meeting to Reunite the Group?

Will SS501, the idol group that use to have five members, be able to reunite? After their contract terminated with DSP Media in 2010, each member signed with different entertainment agencies and have all been doing their own thing. Recently however, the rumors of the reunification of Kim Hyun Joong, Park Jung Min, Kim Hyung Jun, Heo Young Saeng, and Kim Kyu Jong have been drawing attention in the music industry.

After leaving DSP Media, the members of SS501 all stated clearly that they were not breaking up. Last August, it has been reported that the members discussed hopeful thoughts of a reunification when they all met before Kim Kyu Jong left for the Korean military. Just like the legendary group ShinHwa, SS501 is drawing attention as they are showing hopes of reuniting after years of separation.

Park Jung Min expressed his careful thoughts of a reunification during an interview with eNEWS after his showcase of “Give Me Your Heart” in Tokyo, which followed his official Japanese debut. Park Jung Min stated, “It’s true that all the members got together before Kyu Jong left for the military. As we all emphasized before, we never broke up so all of us have continuing hopes of reuniting.”

However, Park Jung Min was careful in speaking about the details of possible future plans for SS501. Park Jung Min added, “There is a member who is in the military currently and the rest of the members are still under contract with different agencies so it’s very difficult to announce anything specific. However, just like the SS501 fans who have been hoping for a reunification, we the members, are thinking the same thing.”

SS501 debuted back in 2005. Within 5 years, SS501 released a total of 18 mini-albums and digital singles. The most popular hit songs include songs like, “Love Like This”, “U R Man”, “Love Ya”, “Promise to Promise” as well as soundtrack songs for the famous drama “Boys Over Flowers”.

After the contract with SS501 terminated, leader Kim Hyun Joong signed with Key East Entertainment which is the agency of Bae Yong Joon. Park Jung Min signed with A&R Entertainment, which is the company related with the international musical instrument company, Yamaha. Kim Kyu Jong and Heo Young Saeng joined B2M Entertainment wihle Kim Hyung Jun signed with S-Plus Entertainment.

On 29th September, Park Jung Min held a Live 'ROMEO 2ND CONTACT' for 777 fans in Tokyo's Ebisu Live House Liquid Room. That day, Park Jung Min did not spoke any words, he stayed mysterious and sexily, performing for the fans which captured their hearts.

A unique 'dark' concept was used for the live performance. During the interview with the reporters on the day of performance, Park Jung Min expressed that "In Japan, I do activities under the name of ROMEO. The attitude presented on the stage is indeed ROMEO. The original Park Jung Min does not exist on the stage."

He smiled and continued "When I went up the stage, the so-called Park Jung Min feeling is completely switched off. Instead, when I came down from the stage, I’ll turn back to my original self like now, the chattering and cheerful personality."

During the Live, to express the man's heart which was injured by love, you must look as if you want to be compensated in general, and show a painful expression and gesture. This is once again proven his strength after musical ‘Grease’.

He added "The fans in Japan saw the differences between Jung Min and ROMEO. When I am performing earnestly on the stage, the fans at the front row did some strange facial expression and fidgeted. When I faced with that situation, it was very hard for me to hold back my laughter."
