[FanAccount] Part 1 Kyu Jong & Young Saeng In Manila

The day when Kyu Jong and Young Saeng made a lot of TS fans in the Philippines giddy finally came. It was Saturday, 5th day of February the day that Triple S especially from the Philippines will not forget.

I was again lucky enough to be able to attend this fan meeting. And super lucky also to be able to get a room in the same hotel as them. Honestly, haven't really thought much of going to this fan meeting because there were just too many things going on this week such as wedding, meetings (though it's in the same hotel with the boys) and family gathering.

But as I was able to fix my schedule and had some pretty nice luck that it happened. I was at the PICC Forum 2 to witness Kyu Jong and Young Saeng & Story in Manila at Row A Seat 4. ^_^


For those who are not following me on Twitter, I am doing this fan account for you. For those who followed me on Twitter, I hope you guys had fun and was able to understand my tweets. Hee, it's not easy to tweet at the same time staring, listening and getting giddy.

Alright, so here comes my fan account. Oh first, let me say THANK YOU to JANELEE for giving me permission to use the photos she took at the fan meeting which I lifted from the FB of Angelie Tan. Thank you again guys. It makes blogging more easy and for the readers, it makes reading more interesting.

Before we entered the venue, security was already very strict. All bags have to be subjected to inspection. Small bags inside the bag were asked to be opened. DSLR and digicams if found were asked to be deposited in the deposit area. Fans can't do anything but to abide.


Inside the venue, my friends and I went inside a few minutes before 6:30. We were escorted to our seat. A few minutes later the fan meeting started. Kyu Jong and Young Saeng came out singing 'Because I am Stupid'. Fans went crazy as the light filled the stage. Both are wearing beige tops. They're handsome alright and we already know that but their hair was curly again. ^_^ Hee, to be honest I am not really fond of that hairstyle. Tried not to be distracted by their hairstyle, I focused on their face and stance. Oh yeah, I've seen them many times in person and I may sound like a broken record but they are really good looking in person. Photos and videos do not give justice to them especially to Kyu Jong.


Btw, at this point I wanted to try to get a photo of them but as I see the securities going to fans with camera I didn't dare put out mine and try. Actually, someone also came to me to asked me to keep my phone away, I told them that I am not using the camera and showed to him. Guess what guys what I am doing. ^_^ Tweeting. So from here on, as I won't be able to share photos I decided to just do a live updates.

So, after Kyu Jong and Young Saeng's performed 'Because I am Stupid' they greeted the fans 'Mabuhay' (and few more tagalog words which I couldn't hear because of too much screaming) then Grace Lee came out.

I was so happy to see Grace as the host for this event. I like her and I am not ashamed to say that I am a fan of hers. She's really nice and I have actually met her in person last year during Kim Hyun Joong's visit. I have a photo together with her at the waiting area of media before the presscon and she tagged me to go along with her inside the room where HJL is to be interviewed by her. I was very grateful for her for tagging me along as security and the koreans were so strict at the presscon of HJL. If you're not from media you're not allowed to enter but since Grace tagged me and my friend so we were able to get inside and see the full interview she did with HJL. Also after the interview I was able to get HJL to sign my 'Destination' album. To brag a bit, here is a photo of me and Grace Lee last year. ^_^


Grace Lee is a Korean who's been leaving in the Philippines since I think she was ten. She's very good in Korean, English and Tagalog. She has hosted a number of KPop FM and presscons. She's a TV host and DJ.

As she came out she was already able to set the mood. She talks to fans and makes us hyper. She knows how to make us giddy as she interprets what Kyu Jong and Young Saeng are saying.

The first part of her interview with KyuSaeng was a game which was also done in other countries. KJ and YS were asked to choose a letter from the word Manila and they've to answer the corresponding question in the letter that they picked.

Questions asked (not in order and not the exact question asked) :

1. If there is a chance for SS501 to have full concert in the Philippine.

They love to come back as group but right now they're doing solo activities but they have plans.

2. Then Young Saeng was asked to danced to 'Snow Prince' he obliged and Kyu Jong joined him.

3. If YS and KJ switched body what would they want to do?

KJ said that he wants to go to Karaoke and sing bec YS has a nice voice. YS said that he wants to go to public bath (public bath in Korea everyone is naked) since it's not his body that will be seen but it's KJ. ^^

4. If they can fall in love with a TS. Wasn't able to get KJ's answer I think YS said that it's difficult to fall in love with one TS.

5. Their impression about Philippine TS. They're amazed and didn't know that they've lots of fans.














After the game, Kyu Jong was then left on the stage to sing 'Nameless Memory' a song which Young Saeng always sings because it is his song. The after a few verse Young Saeng joined him in singing. Apparently, the performance is a duet of them! First time for them to do this. So I said to myself, this is the special stage that YS was saying that they've prepared for this FM as this is the last one. Hell broke out and fans were screaming.






Next after their 2nd song, is the dessert making. I really like this portion as Kyu Jong keeps on putting out his tongue which I find so sexy.

They were asked to prepare a famous Philippine dessert called halo halo. Kyu Jong said that he has already tasted this. As Kyu Jong was explaining the game Grace Lee noticed Young Saeng on his own world again. ^^ I guess he was trying to decipher which ingredients has to go first in the glass for the halo halo.


As the game started, fans were screaming and shouting instructions to each of them as to which ingredient has to go first. It was so funny especially YS as he gets instructions from fans. KJ on the other hand was taking it easy but also getting instructions from fans. Grace Lee on the other hand was also trying to help each one of them and getting the fans to cheer for their idol.

When they are done, they choose 3 fans to go up the stage to be the judge. But somehow 4 fans went up the stage.I don't know whose mistake was it but they still acknowledged the other fan on stage. Judges were 1 from the Philippines, 1 from Hong Kong and 2 from Japan.

Each judge has to taste what KJ and YS prepared. KJ got a 9.5, 10, 10 and another 10 from the judges which totals to 39.5. Btw, from all the cooking games played in the FM, KJ won the most, YS only won once. It's time to judge YS halohalo, he got a 10 from the first judge. KJ then tried intimidating her forgiving giving YS 10. The next judge gave YS a 10 too, but before she gave her score of 10 to YS, KJ was kinda scaring her which is so funny. The next one gave YS 9 which technically already a give a way that KJ is the winner of the game. The last judge gave YS a 10 but fans were shouting to her to give him 11 which was so funny.

Since YS lose to KJ, YS has to take the consequence of drinking the bittermelon juice which she also mentioned as ampalaya juice. Not sure which between KJ and YS repeated Grace by saying ampalaya but I find it so cute.

As Grace Lee shows the green juice she said that YS doesn't have to worry drinking it as it's a healthy drink. Before Grace lets YS drink the juice, she removed first the bubbles from the juice as she said that bubbles are not good to drink. After giving the juice the YS, he downed the whole glass in one go that earned him cheers from fans and from Grace Lee. YS then said that he feels healthier after drinking the bittermelon juice. KJ then said that YS needed it as he is getting old. Cute and funny scene! ^^

YS then drank the last remaining juice. Grace saw her composing himself after and he assured Grace that he's fine and can continue.





After that game, the stage was cleared and the first video was shown. It's the video of KJ and YS vacation in the US. I won't elaborate on this anymore as I'm sure you guys already know the content as this vid was also shown in other countries that had FM.

After the video is a song number. YS came out in to perform the English version of 'Love Like This'. He's wearing black and red and I find the pants tight and sexy on him. The pants is hugging his thighs to my delight! He did the sexy wave of course and lifted his shirt a bit. And wow as in wow. Sexy! I can't take my eyes off YS. Darn so sexy that I think I might have drooled.

After YS, KJ came out with 'Never Let You Go' . KJ will not lose to YS in terms of sexy dancing. Whenever he grabs his crotch (crotch grabbing dance) fans really went wild. And you know what? It's different when you see it live and you're down in front of the stage than watching on vid. ^_^ You guys get what I mean? There's so much added sexiness in it that would even make you blush. ^^ Waahhh, oozing with sexiness.




After the sexy perf, Grace Lee came out again to interview them. Grace Lee i believe found the perf sexy as she asked the fans if we think they are sexy and we all shouted 'Yes!' Then Grace asked YS what he can say about it. He could not answer as he was shy but later on he said that if we find his perf sexy what more the stage he'll do later. ^_^


When this segment was over, Grace then introduced the vid of Kyu Jong and Young Saeng when they're in Seoul. Again, I won't go into details about this vid as they've also been shown in other countries and we all know the content of it. But on thing that caught my attention and I believe I might have not seen or read in any translations or sharing from previous FM is what Young Saeng said at the beginning of the video when he's being interviewed. He said when was asked how much he loves the fans. Young Saeng said, 'As high as the sky as vast as the earth.' Ahh... so sweet!
