Anyway, since I just visited Ode's blog and happen to see this again, I might as well shove the post here in case there are some who still have not read or heard about it.

Kim Hyun Joong's First Love Story Photobook & DVD

SS501's leader Kim HyunJoong will release his first individual photobook in Japan.
Japan's KJ-net has announced that Kim Hyun Joong will be releasing his own ever photobook consisting of his oozing charm "Kim Hyun Joong's 1st Premium DVD & Photobook -- The First Love Story" whose release date has been set at October 29.
Through this photobook, with Kim Hyun Joong's First Love Story as the theme, Hyun Joong's charisma will be presented before your eyes in the DVD like the form of a movie, where in the DVD, you would also get to see his maturing stages through the years and interesting stories during his debut period that was never disclosed; in addition, an honest interview with him would also be inclusive.
This pictorial comes in a package of 2 DVDs and 2 pieces of Photobooks. Pictorial shooting locations would cover across Indonesia's Bali island, some churches there, and of course not forgetting location shoots in Japan too, some scenes would include the sea as its background as well.
Not only that, in the upcoming August 19 and 20, there will also be a 2D1N tour in Shizuoka, this tour will entourage around the pictorial's shooting location.
In its final addition, on October 11, Hyun Joong will also have a fanmeeting in Tokyo Dome City's JCB Hall in commemoration of the release of his pictorial book.

i think khj leave ss501! I know he is more popular because bof, but the other member haven't ready yet to solo. I really pity the rest member. Because they aren't that popular. I know ss501 form khj from wgm but i'm going to forget him if he leave ss501 and do solo. But i'm going to give my full support to other member.
If Khj goes solo, I will give my full support.
Lets not make any assumptions until the offical annoucement. We don't know all the details behind this yet. All I know is that KHJ has always been a wonderful leader for SS501. Just believe in him. True fans would support ALL members regardless if they do solo or group activities.
Pls dont be harsh on him... he s really a very kind-hearted person..
and we know how much he loves his other members and how important is SS501 to him.. we cant imaging what he's gone thru pass few months and how much pressure he is baring.. how difficult all the decisions must had been.. I believed he has left DSP but not only him, part of SS members as well although most probably not all of them..and that's definately not as easy as what you ve said :"KHJ leave SS501"!! . but they have asked us to believe in them that they ll be together forever. No matter what company that they are with, they are still our SS501. They ll keep their promise to come out with 2nd full Album. If there is somewhere that he leaves, that is DSP, NOT SS501, so please don't say "KHJ leave ss501"!! That guy treasures SS501 more than himself. My full support to hyun joong no mather what!!

i'm triple s, but i'm a bit dissapointed with khj! i know khj ready to become solo artist with his popularity but how about kyu, baby, mal, and saeng? I think they still have not ready yet! I try to believe him! But why khj can't join them in taiwan? or why he came to philiphines with beast instead ss501?
I will support each one of them no matter what. It's their live, their future. Who are we to criticize them? Everybody has the right to pursue his/her dream. AND NOBODY has the right to stop them.

There is a report posted at Baidu mentioned that Leader has been to PH early this year and know that there is many young mothers or girls with sexual abuse and decided to donate 1,000,000 PHP (money was banked in May). He really want to do charity as what he left message at DSP during the Jan 18 event. This is a planned event before the contract issue.
He even to not want the organization to mention or give award during the concert and want to be low profile...

Those so called "triple s" do not support any solo activities of khj, please leave him alone, he had been doing so much already and he is not the one for bearing all the results...everyone has their own life / future and not at the scarification of others. Also, I trust all members can shine without others through they are the shiniest if they are together....
Geez,what is this? I'm kinda disappointed with some comments that i've been reading here. This post is just an announcement of Leader's work and nothing more. And you guys jump to conclusions right away.

Solo activity doesn't mean that SS501 will breakup. What's wrong with those who start to criticize the leader??.. He always has tons of solo activities since debut, not just now. Please get the fact straight before making all the accusations.
Same old same old. What else is new? Other member bias fans are always ready to blame and criticize KHJ for anything.
To me KHJ is not the only one who are ready for solo activities. Mal and baby certainly are more than ready. Their fans are just not ready to acknowledge that and rather blame Leader for everything. This is not the first time and I'm sure it will not be the last.
Leader bias fans should get use to this kind of negative comments from fellow TS by now. I guess it hurt Leader's fans more since the criticism are always from the TS, his own supposed fan base.
Just thinking of writing this comment I feel so so sad, but i just want to take this out of me.
As much as i want them to be together forever...reality check, I don't think so. Its called career move...for those who are working, we are all familiar with this situation...we love our work and people we work with but there will come a time that we have to leave to find a greener pasture, I think this is the situation the group is facing right now.
I don't know for the other members but i got this feeling that HJL is starting to detach himself to the group, not a single interview (here in manila) did he identify himself as the leader. He did talk about SS501 but he never introduced himself as the groups leader.

When Leader was rumored to be in Kimi wa Petto, so many TS were angry and think that Leader should spend more time on SS501.
Now in the middle of the breakup rumor fiasco, Jungmin is rumored to be in a Taiwanese drama, most TS were happy that he get to act. While Leader got condemn for doing ONE charity work in the Philippines.

Have you ever thought that even HJL is going solo or not, it will not make such big different for him, because he's already VERY popular, and very rich. While it will be a BIG difference for other members if they go solo. Some of them must have wished to be rised up and well known as HJL, instead of being overshadowed for most of the time. WHO, in this case, really wants or needs to go solo? I'm sure it's not the leader himsefl.
Instead of pointing finger and making all kinds of assumptions, why don't we all think it over and be more realistic. Moreover, it's a solo activity, not solo career. Why making such harsh accusations!!

Really ashamed of some TS for being so immature (specially comment 1 & 2)..KHJ is the Leader of SS501 and has scarifice so much for the group..he has done many solo activities since their debut (all those variety shows just to promote the group..and keep mentioning them even if his super shy and awkward around those other artist)and he has passed up so many activities (Kimi Wa peto, Athena,shows Family Outing etc,) why because he has SS501 activities to think of and often even if just a rumor he received so much criticism (while other members are also doing solo activities JM Royal ave. and now a rumor of Taiwan Drama and all of you are happy for him) and Hyun Joong The Programmer, Superstar and Music High (hey did I hear anyone cricizing him and his the one being published to want to go solo) YS TVN Japan & KJ solo digital and a drama?? What is that and remembered KHJ popularity he did not seek(he at first doesn't want to do BOF but was pushed by DSP)but because of hard work he is rewarded not only him but SS501 (common'many people specially International Fans doesn't know SS501 at first but bec. of KHJ)so give the guy a break he has also to think of himself (and I'm sure his thinking of his members too) they promised that they will be together so please just believe that.

i'm so happy that he would have this photobook dvd and decided to save money so i can buy it. but then again, some still thinks that it's one of leader's way of leaving the group. who says that each one of them is leaving the group? none? just disappointed on how shallow some people are when it comes to this issue. i just can't believe that no matter how hard the boys tried to reassure us to believe in them and kept on reassuring us, yet some still don't get it. as for leader's interviews here in phils, i don;t think he doesn't want to mention SS501, it's just that the questions thrown at him isn't talking about the group but only about him, his career, his opinion of phils.
i think the boys, deserve to get a break and peace of mind of all this confusion. once again they have their own solo activities so let's stop pointing fingers on anyone because no one deserves to be blamed.
if some of us kept on thinking like this, we'll just end up hurting the boys more.

Im sure the group would like to stay together if given the condition that they have to scarifice their own future, growth and happiness, would you like any of them to do it? I BELIEVE IN SS501.... i believe in each menber... if they say they'll be together then they will be together BUT if for some unexpected unavoidable reasons like joining the service, getting more CFs, dj-ing, hosting, having a solo dvd/cd/photoshoot and other activities, dont take it at the expense of the member concerned... let us all be mature here; we need to be united instead and support each or/and all members activities because they need us ... WAKE UP GUYS, there is stiff idol competition on-going so SS501 needs us more in order for them to sustain their current number 1 spot. (A)
It is so sad to see the word "disappointed" used to HJL. In last five years, we have seen how hard he has tried his best to have SS501 remain as an idol group. There are so many idol groups come out every year, and the efforts the members put to stay as a popular idol in Korea is unimaginable. all five members put so much efforts to keep their team and keep their fans. HJL got most popular because he has tried so much and the talent he has. He has shown that he is not a selfish person at all. with his current status, I am very sure that he has gotten so much great offers from other agencies-hell, you know how competitive entertainment industry must be with so much money involved. If you have seen the member's late appearance at the drdeam concert and Newton, the members are going though alot to keep their team together, but it seems things are not under their control....so sad. who can say that they love SS501 more than the members. . Please try to understand his difficult situation before you blame him for anything...He has shown me enought in the last five years to make me believe his decision, no matter what it is, is best for SS501 and the members.
Yes, each of them can have their solo activities and fulfill his dreams. Then, at the appropriate time, they can come back together as one giving us better songs and dances. Let us support them so they will shine individually and as a group.

I am an international fan of SS501, I always want to be a triple S. But after reading all harsh comments, I dont want to be one anymore. What is the point to be triple s then fight each other or blame the boys. You are not a fan if you dont love and believe in your idol. Dont let the selfishness blind you, put yourself in their shoes to think for them. I believe in each SS501 members and support their decision no matter what.Just want to say that.

Mal and Baby had first signed with DSP.
It was only at the 5th anniversary
that the five learnt that DSP didn’t want to sign Kyu.
There’s no way SS501 could continue.
Hyun Joong requested that DSP sign with Kyu first before his signing the contract.
DSP refused.
Hyun Joong recommended that Kyu goes to YG.
……
So turned out everyone had to sign with different companies
and come next year,
the various companies to collaborate for them to release an album.
YS and Kyu are currently in Japan.
YS is negotiating the OST of some drama,
Kyu is in discussion with YG.
Mal had said this (same thing) to TS on the plane three times
that the five of them will release an album next year,
The reason why Hyun Joong signs with another company…
IS TO PROTECT THE OTHER FOUR, TO PROTECT SS501, AND TO PROTECT THE FANS.
Coz DSP refused to sign with Kyu…
so Hyun Joong’s helping Kyu to sign with YG,

Mal and Baby had initially thought everyone would be renewing their contracts,
so they had gone on ahead and signed first.
Mal further said…. they would be separated for this year…
but next year, they will continue to work together through different companies
YS also said something like that….
that the five of them will continue on like this year after year…
the interpretation is that they would be working together again next year.
Coz so long as they’re missing just one member, that signifies the splitting up of SS501…
