KHJ does not need to flirt (he kind of hates that even pa-cute he said so ) but he is very attractive -there is a kind of projection (his is the real charisma) even when he has just started in the entertainment business (look at his previous photos and videos )specially when he dresses like a rocker .If you want to call it "drama "according to the situation -he plays it to the hilt.Note how he uses his eyes, lips ,even eyebrows ,body language in very subtly ways .He is the total performer (when in the mood ).
