In this video shared by basarah0606 on YT you could see the non-stop flashing of lights. This only proves that Hyun Joong is one of the most photographed celebrities in Korea.

if by confirm you mean admittance from his own mouth of course not. if you mean confirmation by reasonable evidence that are well supported, then YES.YES.YES. I can't share it in public forum like this but many of us know who the person is. He's an idol and no idol will ever admit that he has a gf even if he does have one. you use your own judgment to come to a conclusion.
