The stars in the Message to Asia went around the dome by a special mechanized thing [not sure if it's vehicle or the stage is rotating] which made fans so happy. In the video below, Kim Hyun Joong is together with Hwanee and Joe Cheng keep of giving their bright smile, bowing and waving to about 45,000 fans inside Tokyo Dome who came to watch and support Message to Asia.

I think they mostly called as a 'cart'. moving cart.Pushed on a railway in the dome. Usually used in Dome concerts. I think sometimes it was pushed manually but I'm not sure about the one here.

when I saw the pics back. Its the big one right? I think it was drive around the dome by sumthing below it. So no railway too maybe. but it still usually called cart.
