The concert is for the member of Yahoo Hallyu Fan card.
Only first 10,000 people who apply for the Hallyu fan card are invited
The concert will be held at Saitama Super Arena , on the April 25, from 5 - 7pm.
Apply the card before April 11 and the result will released in mid April
One person is only allowed to apply once and only Yahoo Japan ID can apply.
P.S. Saitama Super Arena is a big venue. It can accommodate 19,000-22,500 [max of 35,ooo].
