[Article] KHJ violated contract for Asian Games [?]

I saw this posted on AllKPop. After reading the article I went to my post HERE to check if KeyEast or Hyun Joong were quoted that the news that Hyun Joong will be participating came from them. But the article didn't say so. The article came out on the 3rd of November. It was actually someone from the organizing committee who mentioned that they've invited Hyun Joong.
Then someone tweeted me that KE did mention in one article that he will sing. Geez...

UPDATE : KeyEast already released notice denying this. You may read the notice in hangul HERE.

Kim Hyun Joong violated his contract for the ‘Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games’
by VITALSIGN / AllK Pop

Kim Hyun Joong was previously reported to be participating in the opening ceremony for the 16th “Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games“ on November 12th, but it has recently been revealed that he violated his contract terms.

On November 5th, a news report by the Beijing Youth Daily included an interview with Chun Wei, the director for the opening ceremony. He stated, “We’ve been put in an extremely difficult situation due to the disclosure of Kim Hyun Joong participating in the opening ceremony. China has been keeping the names of our own singers under the utmost secrecy, so it’s difficult for us to understand why he went ahead and revealed it.”

He continued, “The point of the ceremony is to reveal who is singing the theme song on the day of the actual ceremony. We’re extremely shocked to hear that news of his participation have already been reported. He even signed the contract agreeing to keep the information a secret. Kim Hyun Joong violated the contract and it’s very unfortunate.”

Yet despite his disappointment, the director went on to express his understanding for the singer. ”The opening ceremony will hold a 100,000 member audience. Since it will also be broadcast live through TV, over a billion people will be watching Kim Hyun Joong. He probably thought of this as an honor and wanted to get it known. I understand his actions and will not ask him to take responsibility for it.”

Aiyo, KHJ better learn this lesson the Chinese are very strict on this. Should Keyeast be responsible for revealing the info?
I hope the Chinese committee will not kick KHJ off for this mega huge event in Asia.

Good grief! Here we go again. The antis are already all over this. Poor Hyun Joong can never seem to catch a break. Any time something good happens some ridiculous problem always shows up and puts a dark cloud over it. Keyeast says they had permission to disclose the information so somewhere someone made a mistake but it wasn't Hyun Joong.

WE TRUST KIM HYUN JOONG...!!!!!!!!!!!!..

I would choose to trust Leader's integrity that he is personally not responsible for the leaked info. Whether is mis-communication or misunderstanding, it's between the corporate bodies and not his personal responsibility.
Btw, Rain's name is also recently mentioned in connection to Asian Games opening, so is that a leakage too ? If so, there seems to be one too many.

Allkpop just updated the article with the notice from KeyEast. Too bad they didn't have enough integrity to actually check first to see if the accusation was true before they posted their article. That's why I despise allkpop. Nothing but lies and gossip come from there.

KHJ, please don't be bothered with the negative vibes from antis. We love you!

yeah i never like allkpop, they always fast update about the bad news about ss501, but always slow about the good news about ss501!

we knew hyunjoong very well and he is not the kind who simply blurted out info esp if its case sensitive...he is very much more popular these days and people are using his name to make an issue of him..anyways,it has been cleared by KE so..let us continue to celebrate ,coz PK's Youtube edition is making a history in the world of entertainment in Utube!!!KHJ is really making us proud of him..thumbs up!!

These people got nothing better to write about. Hyun joong is an easy target as people pay attention to him. Shame on these people who try to drag his name down. I'm glad KE was fast in clarifying the news.
