if i am not mistaken, this scene is from the 3rd webisode...
it was when hani was having the "preggy" dream, "bungso-ah" = peach. when she woke up she was eating the foot of the teddy bear...
she was thinking of calling her child peach...
scratch then its not "bungso-ah" = but "bogsung-a".. it means peach...
any special meaning of giving a peach to Hani? Why peach? not other fruits? sorry for my stupid question.

Peach is seen as the fruit of happiness, riches, honours and longevity in korean culture... not sure though if it has other meaning..
