Hyun Joong was Manila some two weeks ago for a charity concert particularly for Abierta's House of Friendship. It was reported HERE that he donated from his own pocket P1M after seeing the condition of the school and the state that the children were in.

This man never ceases to amaze me. This is part of his charm. His quiet generosity, sincerity, and cool demeanor. After giving his donation, he didnt have to go and visit the actual site and mingle. But he did. He could have received the award right at Araneta Coliseum, where it would more publicize and grandeur. Alot of North American celebs do that. Make a huge donation, but very few actually go to Haiti, New Orleans for Katrina, they have money to spare and use it for publicity. Kim Hyun Joong, don't lose this good heart of yours. Keep up the good work and hopefully it will rub-off to other people specially young TS fans.
