Again, inaccurate news stirred us all once again. Tiring, yah? But I'll keep on believing in SS501.
Anyway, I've actually known the this week there will be news that will come out about Jung Min. I was actually informed by a friend in Seoul. Yeah, this is the news. The first news said that Jung Min signed up with Sony Taiwan for his activities 'only' in Taiwan. But the news below says differently.
After reading this, I somehow now understand what Jung Min is trying to say in the message that he left on DSP webby.

With regards to news reports on SS501 member Park JungMin signed a contract with Sony Music Taiwan, Park JungMin’s representative said “This is not true.”
Park JungMin’s representative said to Nocutnews on 3-Jul through a telephone interview “The news report today on Park JungMin’s future (contract) is untrue. Even though it is true that they have some discussions about contracts with Sony Music Taiwan, but they have not officially signed on any contracts yet.”
The representative continued “Before signing the contract, the very first question is member’s agreement. The members have not been having sufficient conversations, especially for the case of HyungJun, who is very stressed because his very close friend Mr Park Yong Ha’s death. Question on Park JungMin’s future is also the question for the whole of SS501, therefore they must have ample discussions before they come into conclusion.”
He added “They must come into a conclusion on SS501’s continuality of activities such as album, concerts, etc before they consider the contracts. After they solve the problems such as those mentioned just now, they will then sign the contracts, and after they signed a contract, they will announce it officially.”
SS501’s contract has expired in early June with their current management company DSP Media. Leader Kim HyunJoong signed a contract with Bae YongJun’s company Key East, while the remaining members Park JungMin, Heo YoungSaeng, Kim KyuJong and Kim HyungJun have not decided on their future contract yet.

It's becoming clearer now. I guess Hyun Joong was the first to sign a contract because he was able to get KeyEast to readily agree to him remaining with SS501. Meanwhile the others are still negotiating maybe because they haven't had sufficient guarantee that they will be allowed to continue with SS501. So I guess when they said to trust them it was because they have already agreed among themselves that they will not sign on with any agency that will not allow them to continue and prioritize SS501 group activities. Because although not all of them may be as popular as Leader all of them have enough individual star power to get any agency to agree to this condition, the agencies should know that their popularity will continue to rise if they continue with the group. This, to me, is great news!

This news makes me so HAPPY!!! Even though i've always believed in SS501 since the bad news and rumours apperead. I didn't doubt nor did i thought they will disband. however, i couldn't help to get WORRY!!! This news makes my heart less heavily, and hope those TripleS and non TripleS who judged leader so quick without knowing the real reason, would understand his decission now! and stopp being so mean and hard to him!! LOVE

There's a rumour about DSP not going to re-sign with Kyujong, so Joong have to make a move first to put a pressure on DSP in order to keep the group as one. I've known this info for a while but it's just a rumour, I have no confirmation yet. please tell me your opinions about this issue..
SS501 hwaiting!
As a triple s, it is no doubt my wish to see them together five forever as one. But my greatest wish is for them to live well and do what they want to do. One of the greatest reasons why i love them is because of the great bond the share with each other and how they complement each other on stage. I love watching their interactions with each other. However so, if come one day and under some circumstances where they decide that they need to stop SS501's activities, i'll still support them. That's because the most important thing for me as a fan, is to see them bonded as always. It doesn't matter whether it is shown on tv or not. I just want them to stay the way they are as five loving brothers. Brothers don't always have to work together. Not even real siblings do.
So, much as i'm assured that they will do their very best to hold true their promises made to us fans, I won't expect anything of them in that sense. Just as long as they are able to keep their promises to each other, that's more than enough.
I'll just sit back and hope for the best to happen to all of them. Its cool if they could both go individual and group at the same time. They've matured after all...can't always stay just as idol singers. Even if SS501 goes on, they each need to establish an individual image of themselves as an individual aritiste. Besides, their popularity may increase even more as they attract more fans through their solo activities...
With maknae being so down these days, let's not keep asking them about the contract. Though i'm anxious to know what's their future like, its still their well being above all. Hope a good solution to their contractual issues will soon come to cheer them up!
Btw, I just learnt that baby's favourite taiwanese female singer, Jolin Tsai, is now in Korea undergoing dance training for her upcoming album. haha maybe a chanced/planned meeting with his admired fellow artiste can cheer him up a lil! :)

These five are very talented individually, so they should work towards developing to their maximum potential. The bond that has been forged by five years of working, struggling and learning together is something that I think they value, so regardless of whether they stay together or go their separate ways, I think their friendship will continue to bind them together.
