With no Baker King or Gumiho Girlfriend, tonight was a great opportunity for Playful Kiss to gain more attention. Unfortunately, the writing was admittedly disappointing. It wasn't a bad episode by the end, but I'm afraid it won't be enough to grab the audience this Chuseok. D:
The beginning was kind of boring again. Why is it always the start of the episode when people are deciding to watch or not? =/
The middle was hard to sit through with Yoon Hera getting close to SeungJo. Felt jealous and sad for Hani. =(
But the end was really touching! I felt so upset for all the characters especially Hani. Even SeungJo is feeling empty although he doesn't know what to say. _<
They should have done more close up on baek seungjo and oh hani during the last part. Just like how it might have been better to show the kiss in ep6 in slow motion instead...I wonder what G8 has in mind for this series? BOF was a lot better than this, and putting aside the fact that both are mangas with totally different storylines, one has to admit that BOF had better script. I can in part understand the low ratings of PK...wrong place wrong time, and weak plot.
I am liking the cast more though. Tomorrow's episode seems promising from the preview, I hope that it will not disappoint viewers again. PK fighting!
why you said it boring again?? as what i've learnt tonight korean viewers like this episode a lot..mbc board flooded messages with a compliments for tonight's episode. anyway, i will wait for the rating comes out and the eng subs. PK fighting!
I liked this episode better than the last one. They have to build up to BSJ realizing he loves OHN and I think that this episode is where he is starting to realize it, even though he is still trying hard to fight his feelings.

Though I can’t understand it but I can see BSJ is so mean to Hani! It’s hurt! I can feel for Hani.
KHJ portrays BSJ’s character pretty well.
If the scripts are going with manga, then BSJ will realize his true feeling soon ^^

Poor boy, HyunJoong looks tired in some scenes and he needs some rest!

for my own perspective, BSJ just mean to Hani because he already has strange feeling on Hani but he still struggling with his true feeling. He treats her gentlely on and off.
She's hurt because she doesnt know about his "true feeling" so she just keep receive every harsh word from BSJ.
She loves him for 5 years but with no response from him (according to manga)
Or maybe girl reception is NO good, haha!!!
I know the whole cast is tired, but they really need to get hyunjoong to sleep! His tired self is showing in his face already, and this is no good because he is supposed to look youthful in the series. Exhaustion can make one look older =(
i didn't expect that ep7 will be a hard drama since i usually laughing out loud in every episodes but last night i felt sadness and i'm desperate crying until the end of the show. it helps the ost song too to pour my tears quickly..i hate SJ's treatment to OHN. he's totally jerk..if i were OHN i will let him go and move on and find another man who truly loves her in return..just a wasting time to be with SJ who nothing to do with her except hurting her..looking forward for tonight's episode and of course, hoping for the good rating..fighting!
Ditto with Anony @ 1:40pm. Don't understand the need for 24/7 hour filming that will affect the radiance & health of the cast esp the leads. The tiredness even shows on Leader's recent CFs and mag cover shoots.
Can't wait for BSJ's full awakening of his feelings for HaNi to see him grovelling for her return to him. This is where HJL's 'One More Time' will kick in with it's full emotional impact.MK fighting !!!
I agree with anony @ 1.44pm and anony 4.15pm. i believe that hyunjoong is strong enough to withstand sickness despite how tired it is. so are the other actors. but they have to realise that it is not how strong they are that matters, but how well they actually look on screen. For the past few episodes leader just looks more and more tired, sometimes haggard. BSJ's not even twenty years old, he can't look that way. no matter how cute and handsome leader is, tiredness will come his way. i guess they could have had started filming a bit earlier. Just a week earlier, and it would have made a lot of difference.
Beyond a certain point, no amount of BB cream and eye serum can hide tired skin and bulging eye bags. How I wish HJL had the same freshness as the time he met Oguri Shun in GIK. He looked fantastic then. Really hoping he can get some rest.
