The title says in SS60.com says departing to Malaysia. 08.31.09. Really? It looks like this was late afternoon at Incheon Airport.

Okay, the boys went to Malaysia today for DVD photoshoot.

Check mark 25, it's so cute! Kyu Jong is playfully slapping Maknae and Maknae is doing the same thing to Jung Min. ^^ They seem to be in good mood despite going away again after arriving yesterday from Beijing. Then on the 5th or 5th they fly to Japan for the 'Boys Over Flowers' promotional gig.

hyun joong is a show off

Hyun Joong is showing off his ability in dribbling soccer ball via the new print ad of SS501 for Le Coq Sportiff.

From the photos below Hyun Joong seems to be a creative dribbler and has flair. He must have practiced a lot when walking on his way to school or using the tree trunks or building wall as opponent. He seems to execute the move pretty well.













Also in the new ad of Le Coq he did not only showed off his ability to kick ball but as well as his ability to pose good while jumping. We've seen him did that in WGM, right? But in this ad he made several really nice poses.




The last batch doesn't seem that he's showing off any skills. I think here he's showing off the many pair of shoes he has. ^^

I like these set of photos of him relaxing in the bench. I've a thing with bench too. Love taking photos of benches.

I never thought this one coming since I only saw I set of SS501 photos which I posted HERE from the presscon and a few from other sites.

Anyway, here is a Young Saeng spazzz from the presscon. Has anyone seen lots of photos of the rest of the boys from the presscon? If yes please tip me. ^^

Btw, was there any article with regard to the presscon? I haven't seen nor read anything? I want to know what were asked to the boys and of course their answers.

With all lthe SS501 activities going around, I still haven't of course to check on the latest about one of my favorite actors, Bae Yong Joon. There's actually quite a lot of things on the news about him lately but most of which i've already posted before. Some are just details of the activities to look forward to in Korea and Japan in the coming months.

September and October will definitely be a good month for all Bae fans. ^^

the book, "Traveling to discover the beauty of Korea" [so this is the final title], will be released on the 23rd of September.

Lucky Malaysians and I'm envious of the Singaporeans too because they're very near Malaysia. Waahhhh i wish to fly and attend but it's a Thursday and there's just so many things in my mind right now.

Geez, and it's a signing event. You get to shake hands with them! Hee not sure though if you'll get to chose which member you'll go to to have his signature. Though I hope that you'll get to have all their signature and shake hands with them.

Korean Hanazawa Rui leading team for autograph signing-singing . KHJ coming to M'sia to meet fans

Fans who has been waiting for a long time to meet KHJ and korean idol group SS501, your dream is coming true! M'sia Warner has revealed on their blog, they are preparing for SS501's only autograph session on September 3rd.

KHJ who shot to stardom playing Yoon Jihoo in Korean version of Hana Yori Dango, SS501 the group he belongs to, their popularity increased rapidly due to their part in singing the theme song Because I'm Foolish.

This drama established high ratings in Korea and F4 wave took Asia by storm. In addition to Lee Minho who played Gu Jupyo (Domyouji)'s rise to fame, KHJ who played Yoon Jihoo (Hanazawa Rui), his popularity could be said to be on par with Lee Minho.

Because M'sia Warner only received the notification shortly before their public holiday, they had to wait till the government officials' return to work on Tuesday before they could apply for the permit. Mr Gong expressed that if everything goes smoothly, Warner will hold a public event for SS501.

On 29-Aug, popular Korean idol group SS501 ended their Beijing fan meeting successfully. This is SS501 first fan meeting held in Beijing, marking their first step into the China music industry.

SS501 displayed exciting songs and dances at the fan meeting, making the long-awaited fans heated up with enthusiasm. There are 2 sessions of talk time during the fan meeting, fans get to learn more about SS501 through these talk sessions, and SS501 also expressed their plans to perform in China in the future.

In the talk session, the MC asked leader Kim HyunJoong to rank the members according to ‘Who is the most different off-screen?’. Kim HyunJoong first chooses Park JungMin, then Heo YoungSaeng, Kim KyuJong, Kim HyungJoon. The MC then asked all 5 members and they began to point to each other. Kim HyungJoon received 2 votes, winning the vote for the member who is the most different off-screen. Kim HyungJoon looked surprised, and giving an innocent look, he asked “Why me?”


Kim HyunJoong expressed “When HyungJoon dances on stage, he would smile and dance while he is dancing in front facing the camera, but when he changes position at the back, you won’t see his smile. Feels like he is a totally different person.” Kim HyunJoong also imitated Kim HyungJoon dancing.


Heo YoungSaeng who chose Park JungMin said “Everyone knows that JungMin is very lively and mischievous, but off-screen, he is someone who likes to act cute (aegyo). On my birthday, he posed the ‘I love you’ pose in front of me and said ‘YoungSaeng, Wish you a happy birthday’.” He recalled that touching moment. And JungMin stood up and reenact that moment for the fans to see.

In addition, fans shouted ‘encore, encore’ after the fan meeting, not bearing to leave the fan meeting venue.

Hyun Joong won in the voting/poll for Best Actor in Seoul [also in Japan and overseas!]. Congratulations Triple S! You made it possible for him to be #1 in the voting.

He's almost there in bagging the awards. Remember that the criteria is 50% from the voting and 50% will be decided by the staff or special committee, right? At anyrate, I'm pretty sure Hyun Joong already knows about this and feels that he's already the winner because fans believe in him. Let's pray hard that he'll bag the award.

I'm really so glad to see Young Saeng smiling a lot in the Beijing fan meeting. I read one comment by an Anonymous visitor HERE earlier and she wrote that 'Young Saeng probably is no longer pressured to show a perfect and good boy image due to the HK thing with leader'. Hmm, probably... and i like it. ^-^

p.s. I read on Baidu [not accurate though] that SS501 took Asiana Flight OZ344. If that's the case they left Beijing at 15:50 and will be in Incheon by 18:30 [they could be in Incheon now checking out].

Jung Min is always so adorable. I can't help but remember how he's been on stage when I attended the HK fanmeeting. He's full of energy and really really friendly with everyone. You just can't avoid his cute charm.

Korean popular boyband SS501 Bejing Fan Meeting has successfully ended. This is their first fan meeting (finkle88) the article says concert but that's obviously wrong), taking their first step to conquering the China market. They will be holding their China concert in Jan next yearm ad so this is a platform for them to test their popularity.

The group arrived on 29 at 940 am, and had rehearsals in the afternoon. The concert was from 7 to 830pm (hmm that seems quite short).

Seems like the venue was not full. There were empty seats. Not sure how the boys felt though. School in China starts next week so it could be one of the reasons. I wonder if this will affect their plan to hold concerts in China next year. Like what I wrote in my post regarding the news on SS501 to conquer China, the fan meet could be the barometer of SS501 next year's plan for concerts.

SS501 soon to conquer China

SS501 fan meet in Beijing is tomorrow. I'm certain many are already anticipating this event be it they're attending the FM or just waiting for updates in front of their computer.

I wonder how's the situation in Beijing. Are all tickets sold? I hope that one of my cyber friends who have been updating me will give some more details. I wasn't able to check my YM last night because of my very very slow connection.

I thought all along that the venue can accommodate 3,000 but from the article below it says 4,000. The venue is bigger than the Taiwan fan meeting then. From what I know [earlier this week] there were still few more tickets left. But fans are confident that it'll be sold out despite the lack of promotion from the promoter.

Anyway, good luck to the boys and to the fans who are watching. Certaily I'll be one of those waiting for updates starting from Incheon aiport tomorrow morning to Beijing until their back to their home country.

SS501 will hold their first official fan meeting in Beijing, representing their ambition to develop in China.

SS501 will be holding their official fan meeting on the 29th of this month, at Chaoyang Stadium in Beijing, China, stepping onto China soil, officially arriving and developing their China market.

This activity is SS501's first step in developing the China market, they're prepared to tour 4 different cities in China next year January, so this fan meeting in Beijing is a test of their popularity.

There are some great news shared by Mariko today on BYJ thread @ soompi. According to her, Boundary of Forest [BOF] has announced today that the press conference for the launching of the Beauty of Korea Book in Korea will be held at the National Central Museum Grand Hall on the 22nd of September [that's a Tuesday]. The launching is a week before the launching in Japan.

Likewise, Mariko shared that the book expected to be marketed in Korea, Japan, China, and US. Mariko and I were just chatting earlier and we're kinda doubtful about this since the English version won't be out yet but there is a plan. Anyway, though I know some Baesisters who are going to buy this travel book even if it's in hangul. Then they will still buy later when the English version is already out.

After SBS annouced their new variety show 'MomSoShilChun' where four idols will be hosting, photos of them shooting have been floating the net. Here are photos of Maknae that I found on SS601.com which originally came from kimhyungjun.com.

Hyung Joon is looking good, but I think he's getting slimmer. I've mentioned earlier that amongst the members he seems to be the busiest [if not 2nd to Leader]amongst the members in terms of activities. I hope he takes care of his health.

1. Persona tees [Seoul, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, HK, Thailand, Malaysia (basing on various articles read)]. Yeah I want to have all tees if possible though I’m not attending all concerts. It’s just a wish though, if II’m able to fulfill #1, I’ll be one of the happiest. ^^ Hee, though I’ve heard that the quality of the tee is not that good. Nevertheless, would love to sleep wearing one of it.

2. The souvenir book/magazine/pamphlet or whatever it’s called . I really really want to have one this since the photos inside the it were the ones taken in the US when the boys went there. I hope that the organizers will sell them in other Asia countries that the boys will be having their concert.

3. SS501 2nd Korean album. I’m already assuming that when I finally decide which country to watch, the album is already out.

4. Persona light stick designed by Jung Min [DONE! Given by a very nice cyber friend]

I asked this question when I read on Quiante501 xiaochu's reply to my post regarding the new program of Maknae with 3 other idols on SBS entitled “MomSoShilChun”.

There's really nothing much said about the program on the article below but xiaochu was able to give a bit of probably what to expect in this new program. SS501’s Kim HyunJoong displayed his hilarious humor in SBS ‘Sunday is Good part 1 – Family Outing’.

Kim HyunJoong attended the filming for ‘Family Outing’ as the guest on 24-Aug, for 2 days 1 night, at Gangwon-do.

Big Bang’s Seungri also attended to this filming in place of Daesung who was hurt at a traffic accident, so it became an opportunity for one to see the attractiveness of popular idol group’s members in one place.

PD Jang HyukJae of ‘Family Outing’ said in an interview with Money Today Starnews in the morning of 27-Aug, “Kim HyunJoong and Seungri, who attended in place of Daesung, made idol’s unique attractive laughter.”

Kim HyunJoong and Seungri’s episode of ‘Family Outing’ will air on 20th and 27th September.

Legend the Movie

For me, Tae Wang Sa Shin Gi a.k.a. Legend is an awesome drama. Visual effects are really good and the story line also interesting though debatable. The historical/fantasy drama did well both in Korea and Japan and won awards in the 2007 MBC Drama Awards.


I read news today that the drama will be made into a movie in Japan. While the drama was still being aired in 2007, talks about it being made into a movie floated but nothing was confirmed. According to Now News, Legend the movie will have four parts with two hours running time each part. It is said to have four theme and they are Thousand Years of Love, Crossed Fates, Omens of Farewell and Impossible Love.

Wow, the above information looks very interesting! Something to look forward to again for Baefans, right? I hope we'll get to know more information about this.

08/19 [Trans] SS501 in Trendy Magazine Aug 09

I've been rather slow since yesterday. I'm a bit busy at work since there's a big event that is coming up in a month time. Hee, another large scale event. I miss doing events since the ___ thing happened in the US. ^^ But were back to normal [i hope] though we've to do things with less extravagance and fun fares.

We'll on top of being busy at work, I was also abusy last night editing episode 2 of 'My Fair Lady'. With a little more spots to be settled and few more tweaks here and there, it'll be out soon. So for those waiting for it on soompi, have a little more patience.

Btw, I like episode 2! Okay let me correct that... I like 'My Fair Lady' so far. I'm not a big fan of Eun Hye but since Il Woo is there I'm watching it. He's cute. ^_^. There are some cute scenes in episode 2 particularly with that cute little boy who played little Gu Jun Pyo on BoF. Cute as is really cute. And the scene where Il Woo is waiting inside his car and looking at the horison. Beautiful! Quite a lot of good cinematography too. Better check it out! Episode 3 is tonight.

All this while we could only have 'long distance' interaction with our Taiwan fans, only now then we finally visited Taiwan. This is a special gift to my Taiwan fans. Naturally, as a singer, this is the best gift which can convey my heart felt feelings. I have personally written the song lyrics, the contents are a little sad and touching. I even cried while writing the lyrics. This is a song which will stimulate your tear gland and make you cry once listening. It is an entirely new creation specially for the Taiwan fan. This is my 1st solo song which I wrote the lyrics. That's why I like this song very much. Hope when everybody listen to the song rhythm and lyrics, they can feel the profound feelings that I want to convey both when writing the lyrics and also singing the song.

Young Saeng: Included in this solo collection, my solo song is a love song 'It's not love?'. It is trying to convey the feelings of a boy's deepest love towards a girl, wanting to love but miss the opportunity and thus could not love her openly but could only secretly love one-sided. It is a very sad love story. (TRENDY: Young Saeng is actually the composer and lyricist for this song!)

Kyu Jong: 'Never let you go' is a R&B song. When writing the lyrics, I am trying to convey the feeling of a boy who broke off a relationship. When broke off with the girl he like, this is the song he want to sing for her, trying to convey his unwillingness to part with her, hoping that the girl will change her mind to come back to him, and he will continue to wait for her. It is a sad love song. The Rap portion is sung by Hyung Joon.

Q: In this increasingly hot summer, which is the most suitable song to listen to?

Hyung Joon: 'Bye bye'. This song is most suitable for summer and seaside. (This song can be found in the SS501's 1st Album 'S.T. 01 Now' which was released in 2006. It is a lively song)

Hyun Joong: I would like to recommend 'Snow Prince' to everybody. Although 'Snow Prince' is created based on the winter atmosphere, however, when listening in summer, you can feel the coolness and feel happy after listening. Thus, help keeping the heat away. (Smile)
(This song is debuted in SS501 '2nd Single' which was released on 2005. It is a slow dance love song specially created for winter and filled with warm feelings of love relationship. This song is also included in the Taiwan limited edition 'Super Hit Collection'.)

Jung Min: I recommend this song~ Maybe everybody will think it has no connection with summer and might think that it is not suitable for summer, but.... (showing a mischievous expression.... purposely stop for awhile to raise everybody's curiosity), I think the passion while singing '4 Chance' (recorded in SS501 1st Album 'S.T. 01 Now') is similar to the hot summer. Therefore it is very suitable to listen in summer. Can everybody understand the feeling? Can you? Can you?
(Jung Min's fervent enquiries make everybody around unknowingly nod their head. He shown his satisfaction by gesturing the winning hand sign, making Leader Hyun Joong burst into laugher, and everybody around also laugh together.)

Kyu Jong: Actually not necessarily only fast beat song is suitable for summer. I think songs like 'Unlock' on the contrary can open up your heart and release your emotion completely. Also, some SS501 slow beat songs are actually very suitable for listening during summer trip. It feels good listening to these song even if travelling alone.
('Unlock' is the main hit song in SS501 1st Album 'S.T. 01 Now', it is specially tailored to SS501, and has a unique and powerful style.)

Young Saeng: In summer, you definitely must listen to 'La La La... Song calling for you'! There is a lot of Korean traditional cultural relic in Gyeongju, everybody can experience the beauty of Korean traditional culture. In addition to that, we can also sample traditional Korean cuisine. They are very delicious! Lets have a date in Gyeongju next time! (Smile)

Jung Min: I would like to bring everybody to date in Myeong Dong and Ab Gu Jeong. Myeong Dong is the youth's territory. You can sense the youth liveliness in Myeong Dong and also find the most popular fashion. There's a lot of reasonably priced clothes and goods! Ab Gu Jeong is Korea's fashion cradle. To experience Korea's latest fashion trend, don't miss this place.
(Using mandarin to emphasize again: 'Ming Dong' (Myeong Dong). Maybe it is because Myeong Dong's mandarin pronunciation is closed to korean's, 5 of them continuously say in mandarin: "Ming Dong! Ming Dong~....". The 'Ming Dong' sound was repeated over and over again, it is really funny.)

Young Saeng: 63 City Tower! 63 City Tower is Korea's building icon. Although I have not visited there since long time ago, but I heard there are a lot of interesting and fun recreation facilities. We will definitely have an enjoyable day if visit this place together with our fans.

Seems like Hyun Joong will be busy on Friday, 28th of August, before flying to Beijing for the Fan Meeting the following day.

Here's what i understand from the announcement above. Hyun Joong will be appearing in one of Tony Moly's shops and will sigh autographs to about 100 customers. Customers of Tony Moly who will make a purchase between Aug 27 to 28 amounting to 50,000 Won will have a chance to get his autograph on the 28th of August. I think he is expected to arrive at 5:30pm to sign autographs.

I hope that we get to see photos and videosof the autograph session on Friday.

Regarding Beijing fan meeting since I do not read Chinese, I nice visitor sent me an email informing me that the fan meeting tickets are almost sold out. I'm actually happy to learn this especially when I learned that DSP and/or promoter didn't do much promotion. Likewise, fans are anticipating the coming of SS501. ^_^

Popular female group After School’s member Uee (21) talked about ‘Flower Boy’ Lee MinHo (22) and Kim HyunJoong (23) charms.

Uee finished filming the omnibus styled Anycall CF with Lee MinHo and Kim HyunJoong earlier this month. Uee appeared for 2 out of the 3 minibus CF, as lover of Lee MinHo and Kim HyunJoong respectively, showing her naturally lively and cute image.

Uee who had to undertake the role of commercial film model with topstar charismatic men was asked “Who is your ideal type between Lee MinHo and Kim HyunJoong ?” and she compared each of their charms, “Lee MinHo is an oppa who is meticulous and takes good care of others. SS501 turns their promise to Taiwan fans during their fan meeting earlier this year into reality, and will be holding a concert on 17 Oct, Rose/Tachung Records are suspected of announcing their ticket sales starts on 29 Aug, impatient fans have already started queuing overnight at various locations, organizer Brooks Brothers say, ticketing details will only be announced early Sept, and asks for fans to be patient.

Donate 100 for every ticket to help with recovery efforts

SS501 will be bringing the same scale concert as their Aug Seoul Concert, including the stage design, large water guns effects etc, Korean organizers feel that when the members interact with the audience in rock zone A and B, "it'll cause fans to get very high". With regards to Rose/Tachung Records releasing ticket prices early, and even the seating plan for Taipei Dome, Brooks Brothers say, "this is too humorous!", saying that Korean organizers initially gave them 2 dates, 17 Oct and 4 Dec, and are also very pleased with Taipei Dome, but they have not received permission to perform at Taipei Dome, and are not rejecting changing to Nangang Exhibition Hall, or even outdoor locations, with different locations come different pricing.

Kim HyunJoong appeared as a guest for SBS Sunday is Good’s ‘Family Outing’ filming on 24-Aug in a village at Gangwon-do. Kim HyunJoong spent the whole day helping to do farming works and other meaningful chores with Lee Hyori and other fixed ‘Family Outing’ members, Yoo JaeSuk, Kim SooRo, Yoon JongShin, Kim JongGook, Park HaeJin, Park SiYeon.

SS501's first impression of Taiwan

Q: As this is SS501 1st visit to Taiwan, please share your impression and feeling about Taiwan.

Jung Min: Being the 1st time visiting to Taiwan, I am very surprised and at the same time excited to received the warm welcome by everybody upon arrival of the airport. Taiwan is exactly like what I have visualized. It is a warm and beautiful country. This is why I am very happy today.

(Once the translator finish translating, Jung Min nod his head and answer seriously: "Correct!" in his perfect mandarin pronunciation. We can't help but wonder, Jung Min ah~ Actually you can understand mandarin right!)

Hyun Joong: Although this is the first time we visit Taiwan, we have received warm welcome from the passionate fans, I am indeed very happy. I would want to visit Taiwan more often to meet with our Taiwan fans. Of course, we have to prepare more activities so that we can have more chance to connect with the fans. Hope that we can hold our concert in Taiwan soon.

Young Saeng: In fact, I have never expect Taiwan to bear resemblance of Korea. Although this is my 1st visit to Taiwan, I have a friendly and familiar feeling here. It doesn't seems like my 1st visit here as I don't feel distant but gives me a "déjà vu" feeling. (Smile shyly)

(Just when 'TRENDY' is still dazzled by Prince Young Saeng's charming smile, the performance of 'Tom & Jerry' war has started right infront of us. When Young Saeng's almost finished answering, Hyung Joon, unable to bear his curiousity, took up the beverage on table and started to shake it. The sharp eyes Jung Min notice that and immediately shout: "Hyung Joong ah~" to stop him. Both Hyun Joong & Kyu Jong who are concentrating on Young Saeng's talk and turned their head at the same time and look at Hyung Joon. Probably sensing the sight of his brothers especially Hyun Joong leader, Hyung Joon put his index finger on his lips to gesture the 'Shh.....' action. Then like a child who has made a mistake, quietly place back the beverage on the table. Jung Min sigh and shake his head and continue to listen to Young Saeng's answer earnestly.)

Hyung Joon: For me..... I think Taiwan is an extremely friendly country. In Taiwan, everybody's character must be very easy going and happy. (Hyung Joon seems to not recovering back from the shock he get from the beverage incident.)

Kyu Jong: I also have the same feelings as what everybody has mentioned. Taiwan is really a passionate place. We had some Taiwan local food for dinner tonight. They are really delicious. Really wish that we can often come to enjoy all these gourmet. Next time I will definitely try other types of food.

(Much to everyone's amusement, Jung Min straightaway nod his head none stop saying: "Xiao Long Bao! Xiao Long Bao!")


SS501 Expression Acting Test

Over the 4 year, SS501 challenge all sorts of performing activities. In this round of 'TRENDY' interview, they also challenge the Expression Acting Test for the readers. 'TRENDY' has prepared all together 6 expression cards: 'Cool', 'Cute', 'Make funny face', 'Sexy', 'Pitiful', and also the most challenging expression - 'View from your back'. Lets see which expression that each of them have picked!

Hyun Joong - 'View from your back'
We have originally thought that the most difficult and challenging expression is the 'View from your back'. However, it is acted out by our Leader Kim without any problem.

Can you understand what he is trying to express from his back? According to him, it is a very sorrow back image.

However, Hyun Jooong ah.... instead of that, your back image has made everyone present laugh!

Jung Min - 'Cute'
Our charisma Jung Min originally supposed to challenge the 'Sexy' expression, but after being 'NG' for many times because he can't stop laughing. He shamelessly changed his card to 'Cute'. After going through all the trouble, his 'Cute' acting is commented by everybody saying that it is not 'Cute' enough. He shows an unimaginable look by opening his mouth widely (as shown on the middle picture). To fulfill the demand of everybody, he is forced to redo his 'Cute' expression.

Hyung Joon - 'Cool'
Guess what has Hyung Joon selected? That's right~ He has selected the expression. Hyung Joon has originally thought that acting cool is the simplest task. However, after being making fun of continuously by the other 4 members, he keeps laughing whenever he start to act. This time, the mastermind behind all these is not Jung Min, but..... Young Saeng! Young Saeng has been laughing ever since Hyung Joon make his 1st expression. Thus making Hyung Joon 'Cool' 'Cool' 'NG' for many times.

Kyu Jong - 'Pitiful'
Before Kyu Jong starts acting his expression, the rest of the members requested him to show a very very pitiful expression. Not letting down all of them, once Kyu Jong make his face expression, everybody want to give him a pet on his head.

Young Saeng - 'Making funny face'
The champion of our acting challenge is Young Saeng. The reason that he is selected as the champion is ...... Our little prince actually willing to sacrifice his beautiful image and make a funny face. 'TRENDY' must admit, Prince Young Saeng's funny face is the cutest in the entire universe!

With such a precious 1st interview trip, 'TRENDY' will definitely host them and most importantly, will fight for a MOST intimate and exclusive dating with SS501.

When SS501 together with their korean translator arrived at the interview location, the 1st person that walk in, Jung Min speaks loudly and energetically in Mandarin : "Hello, everybody!". Right after him, Hyun Joong, Hyung Joon, Young Saeng and Kyu Jong enter with smile and greet everybody.

Before the interview, Hyun Joong quietly walk to the table which 'TRENDY' had prepared before hand. From his eyes, one can see his curiousity, however, his face expression remains cool and display a deep thinking look while pondering at the items on the table.

'TRENDY' photographer notices that he seems to be interested with the bubble tea. He explains that it is a beverage which Taiwanese always drink, it is made by tea adding milk, and the little pearly balls are called 'fen yuan'. Hyun Joong nods his head and exudes a 'deep and profound' smile. (According to observation of 'TRENDY', Hyun Joong seems to be trying to understand the situation of the location. As expected of his role as a leader!)

After changing their attires, SS501 members sit down at the interview area one by one. The sofa area that they are sitting at once becomes the most 'shining' part in the studio. The 5 members earnestly listen to the explanation of the interview process. Jung Min playfully shows the 'OK' hand sign and thus the interview with SS501 begins.....

Since the wish to visit 'Taipei 101' could not be fulfilled, 'TRENDY' specially presents 5 different 'Taipei 101' souvenirs and postcards as gifts for SS501. Hoping that the next time when SS501 visit Taiwan, they can date with everybody in 'Taipei 101'! Upon hearing that there are presents for them, 5 of them happily clap their hands. Looking curiously to see what are the presents that they have received.

What is Hyun Joong's present? Hyun Joong's present is a golden bookmark.

Jung Min
Once opening the present, Jung Min shockingly said: "I have this can opener!". Although his Taiwan fan had given him the same present before, Jung Min still accepts the gift happily. Despite to Hyung Joon's constant plea to exchange their present, he simply would not obliged to him.

Hyung Joon
Hyung Joon's present is a handphone strap. Since Jung Min's can opener looks 'bigger', Hyung Joon pouts: "Why is my present smaller?"

'TRENDY' quickly coaxed him and said: "Maybe it is because you really like your handphone, so you get a handphone strap." Hyung Joon: "I also want a big present."

Young Saeng receives a key chain. He seems to like the present very much, after receiving it, he keeps looking at it.

Kyu Jong
Kyu Jong has been anticipating to visit 'Taipei 101'. Therefore, when he receives the postcards that 'TRENDY' gives him, he excitedly said: "Thank you! thank you!". Rather than receiving a present, he is happier to receive the postcards. He flipped through the postcards one by one to admire the scenery.

slow sunday

Yup it's a slow Sunday for me.

It's been pretty quiet in almost all the sites that I frequently visit. No new news about Yong Joon and SS501. What I'm currently doing know is catching up on watching 'Style', 'My Fair Lady' and 'Dream'.

How am I doing it? Well, I started with 'My Fair Lady' last night since the show only started last Wednesday. I'm able to finish episodes 1 and 2 with out subs. Hee I finished watching this first because I'm doing the editing and QC for episode 2 for WithS2. ^_^

Right now as of this writing, I'm in episode 4 of 'Style'. I've seen episode 5 and 6 last week online. Crazy right that I started with episdoe 5 and 6. Well, actually I've read episode summaries so more or less I've already ideas on what's happening in episode 5 and 6.

Well, as for 'Dream', honestly, i did the editing and QC for episode 5 without watching any of the episodes previously shown. ^_^ Probably, after I finish 'Style', I'll be checking on 'Dream'. [though i'm schedule to do ep 10]

Persona in Taiwan

Okay, in between watching, I've been reading comments coming in. And I'm happy to know that there are some visitors in my blog who are going to watch Persona in Taiwan. You guys make me so envious of you! I can't do anything, since we've booked our flights as early as April and i'm really looking forward vacationing with 10 of my friends.

One thing I noticed though is that most of those planning or deadset in going have ticket problem. Only two have ticket so far. If there are anyone who knows how to purchase ticket for foreigners, may I ask you to please let us know by posting on the commet box? I'm pretty sure it'll be appreciated and it'll help others who are planning as well.

Btw, I've heard and read that queuing started since yesterday [the tickets are actually priced cheap]. I hope that everyone who wants to attend can be accommodated otherwise, I hope DSP will have to consider having 2 concerts in one day just like the Persona in Japan [i think they've just added the afternoon concert to accommodate the demand].

Beijing Fan Meeting

With regard to Beijing fan meeting, I read on SG Triple S news section that the fan meeting will have 3,000 tickets and price are set to accommodate the age of the fans and practical cost ability costing from 200 to 880 (RMB) and tickets sale have started for about 4 days. I wonder how the sales are going? I don't read Chinese so I don't know how things are in Beijing. I hope someone can also update us.

Oh, before I end this post, I was just told by Shirley that, there's an article that her friend saw and it says that "there's a surprise at the Beijing fan meeting". Well, who knows what that surprise is? Could they probably announce the rest of their asia tour schedule.?^_^

One more thing before I really end this post, someone emailed me from China and she's sort of concerned about the SDA voting which will end on August 29, the day SS501 will be in Beijing. She's asking if everyone will double time or even triple time in casting their votes on the 29th of August since most of SS501 fans in China might not be able to vote because they will be busy preparing for the fan meeting.

Have to go back watching. ^_^

It's Oct 17 for Persona in Taiwan

So it's true... really true that the Person in Taiwan will be on October 17, Saturday.

I'm sad that I won't definitely be going. Darn, and I'm really looking forward to attending this one. Waahhh... why does it have to coincide with our trip to Seoul! On top of that I won't be probably online when they arrive in Taiwan. =(

Taipei Arena is located on the corner of Dunhua North Road and Nanjing East Road in downtown Taipei.
